Le Creuset Outlet Store

McKenzie at the Asheville store was so helpful. She pointed out items that would meet our needs and cheerfully found boxes for the gifts my mother had chosen. We were lucky to be helped by such a positive and knowledgeable person and will most certainly return and recommend the shop! We are writing this because she was unusually helpful... It's a pleasure when you find someone like her in a shop. Shop is small but has a good selection of items in a wide price range

We recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional assistance from Heather, an employee at the Asheville Le Creuset store. We were in search for the perfect cookware and Heather went above and beyond to ensure that we found what we needed.

What impressed us the most was Heather's willingness to stay way past closing. Her commitment to customer satisfaction was commendable. She patiently listened to our requirements and preferences, offering valuable insights and suggestions along the way. Her attention to detail and the benefits of each feature made our decision making much easier. Heather was knowledgeable and showed a genuine passion for her work. She took a lot of care inspecting and packing each piece after our purchase and even followed up a few days later. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My wife and I have been buying our cookware at this store for a little over two years. They simply have the best staff! They are super friendly and probably the most helpful folks that I have dealt with in quite some time. Absolutely the best place in Asheville to buy cookware.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this store. Clean and well-stocked, we found many, many items we had to add to our already robust Le Creuset collection. What really stands out is the exceptional service from Carla. She guided us, but never pushed, shared warm and positive comments about the company and looked after every detail. This included wrapping an unwieldily, big gift box that contained a number of items for a housewarming. She gave us first-class service and still attended to other customers who were shopping. We have shopped at many establishments for Le Creuset, including full retail as well as outlets in many US states, but we have found our only source going forward. Thank you, Carla!"

Just picked up a purple round wide oven with baker's lid for 35% retail. We live an hour away but heard about the fantastic markdown deals this outlet regularly runs. Thanks to Chris' professional help and advice, we are set up to bake some delicious bread and other food. Thank you Chris!

We have visited this store three times over the past year. Every visit the employees are very nice and helpful. The stock at this outlet store is great! We have visited other stores (outlet and various stores that carry le creuset) and this store has better stock than most.
