west elm Outlet

Wow, just wow. Best furniture store in the world. What sets this store apart from other furniture stores I've worked in, and the ones I've shopped in, is Shelly. She is a DREAM to work with. She is attentive, funny, helpful, and creative. She has been there for me more than any other sales person in my whole life. Seriously.

Also, everyone on the crew is awesome, but shout-out to my main gal. Give her a raise, she has earned it!!!

Drove 4 hours just to go to this store. It did not disappoint. You can’t go looking for a set piece but if you’re open to scanning the store can find some great deals. The staff were amazing! They are friendly and eager to help you with anything. Can’t wait to go back.

I came into West Elm, and bought some light fixtures and things for my bathroom. Shelly was super helpful and kind. It looked like a fun working environment with a very friendly staff. I will totally be coming back to buy from them again. I had a wonderful experience.

I'm a West Elm fan but typically can't afford the high prices for most of their furniture. Prior to visiting this West Elm Outlet I had spent time window shopping at other West Elm stores and their website. I didn't even know the outlet existed and am so glad I found it. Great prices and really friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic store if you like West Elm but are on a budget.

I had a great experience at this outlet. The staff understood what we were seeking, showed us a few options and then left us alone to discuss. I have the feeling the workload gets pretty hefty for the staff, between in-store visits and people calling to inquire about the availability of specific items. If you’re there on a high traffic day (any weekend), they may seem harried. Tip from a pro: Thursday is often a delivery day of new items.

Sorry to hear anyones poor customer service experience. My wife and I were greeted upon entering the store. We told DJ what we wanted and he personally took us around. He gave us swatches to pick out fabric likes/dislikes and even took down what furniture we were looking for so they could contact us if it came in. They even offer free home interior design consultations. Some of the furniture is dinged up, and some of it is disorganized but it's an outlet store so it is to be expected. If the price is to high you just come back and see if they have lowered the price the next week. If you want immaculate modern furniture, you have to pay regular/sale price online.

It's an outlet store with often deep discounts for quality items or those that are only minimally damaged or scuffed. Like any place that offers deep discounts, you'll have to check in to see what they have, you'll have to sort and rummage through things, and pay attention to their sales. It's not the well-coiffed West Elm experience you have in the regular stores, by design...this is an outlet! The staff know us now and have been very friendly and accommodating on several occasions. We've outfitted our entire house mostly with things from here.

Found lots of great deals. Salespeople were helpful and treated us like we could buy anything. I appreciated that, because although we didn't look it ... we could have.

I don't want to post because this is one of the best kept secrets in Asheville. Scratch and dent prices, and generally,a few minor bruises. But cool furniture and nice staff.

Great variety of shops. Better than other outlets we've been to. Every store following proper health protocols by requiring face masks and social distancing.
