I’ve had A lot of work done at multiple dentists in my time so far and this place is by far has one of the best, quickest and caring staff. the only time a dentist himself, who has done a follow up call at the end of his day to see how things were going after a procedure. The whole staff is wonderful. If you’re looking for a dentist 12/10 recommend.

I would highly recommend Asheville Dental Associates. The office staff is very friendly, which always helps to put me more at ease. Dr. Abbott and the dental assistant were informative and answered all my questions. Dr. Abbott even called later that evening to see how I was feeling.

Easy to schedule with, clean and comfortable facility, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve been going to Asheville Dental Associates for a few years and am always pleased. Today I worked with Holly, she was great; even offered some great accommodations for me to receive stellar service despite my chronic migraines flaring during the visit.

I absolutely love coming to Asheville Dental Associates because they have wonderful customer service and they let me know exactly what I need to do to have the healthiest smile that I can.I drive 2 hours because their service is exemplary and thorough. On this last visit, I had Jill and she was absolutely amazing. She always made sure to ask about my comfort level and even though I hadn't been following my regiment like I should have been, she managed to get me straight without a lot of pain involved. I hope she's there next time because I'm going to request her again. I love all the people at Asheville Dental Associates but Jill is definitely my new favorite!

My dental experience was wonderful. No pressure and no gimmicks. Real expert level service. The full works is an understatement. My Tech’s were Holly & Brittany. Amazing ladies! My whole experience was great. My doctor was Vlad. He was very good to work with as well.

Glad I found this office. Wonderful office, wonderful crew. Everyone is very nice and very professional and also, something which does not get said a lot about dentist office crew, fun. Jill is an amazing hygienist. She takes great care to make one feel comfortable, explains everything. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Very professional, yet very polite and patient, answering all my questions, showing me my X-rays, and helping me stay calm since I was hurting and irritable.....but most of all they gave me hope, hope in that my teeth are basically okay despite many missed cleanings, due to my own neglect.

Jill was wonderful and did my first appointment, which included measurements for several teeth parameters, complete exrays, cleaning, and detailed explanations. She made me feel relaxed and confident that I was in good hands. Dr Abbott and everyone there was friendly and very professional. I am very grateful to be in their care.

The best experience that everyone could ask for!!! Kind & skilled professionals that truly care for their patients. Holly and Doctor V were helping me today and both of them were wonderful. I have been coming here for so long that many of these

Staff are very kind, compassionate, and professional. All of my questions are answered and I don’t ever feel rushed. I am truly blessed in more ways than one by this office and highly recommend them.

Dr. Abbott was excellent as usual as was his assistant. She actually applied techniques for reducing discomfort during injections I had not experienced previously... great job!

Holly was amazing! She was super friendly and patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. I could tell she really cares about putting thoughtfulness and care into what she does.

We recently moved to Asheville and I had part of a tooth break off at dinner. Called Asheville Dental Associates the next morning and was given an appointment for the next day! Dr. Abbott checked out what was going on and referred me to a local Endodontist who could see me the following morning! Dr. Abbott was very thorough in explaining everything and I feel confident that this whole process will be pleasant. The staff is very welcoming and helpful as well!

I felt so comfortable here. I haven’t been to a dentist in 15 years and they made me feel like I’ve never missed a visit. They set me up with plans and how to take better care of my teeth and gums. Totally judgement free and a fantastic experience. I’m so glade I went here instead of somewhere else!

I can not say enough about Dr Abbott and his team. Everyone is so nice and caring. I’m a big chicken when it come to going to the dentist and they make me feel comfortable and cared for. Jen, Dr Abbotts assistant is amazing and super sweet. The hygienist are all understanding, compassionate and caring. 5 stars all the way!

This is honestly one of the best practices I’ve been to. They’re so kind, timely, efficient and professional. I had a great experience with Stephanie today :) I definitely recommend coming here for dental care!!

I had a great new patient exam & cleaning here this past Friday! I wish I could remember names but my dental hygienist was excellent & thorough when checking my gum health. I have some anxiety about teeth filling/drilling noises & sensation from a previous dentist that handled my 2 veneers a few years ago, but my hygienist asked me if I was okay with the sonic scaler before using - there was really good communication throughout the appointment. The dentist reassured me that my old cavity filling still looks good at this time. I usually love getting my teeth cleaned/having that glass teeth feeling afterwards but I had put a dentist visit off for a while due to the anxiety from previous experience however everything went very smooth at this office so I'm thankful.

Had a wonderful cleaning with Mandi today. She was a delight and did a gentle and thorough cleaning. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you Mandi!

Asheville Dental Associates has friendly staff, is hygienic, and is honest. The prior practice I visited attempted to sell me thousands in unnecessary products and make me unnecessary invasive procedures after barely examining me. They then proceeded to bill my insurance for services not rendered.

Asheville Dental Associates were efficient and honest (and aren't committing insurance billing fraud). A+
