The Tailgait Market

My vizsla Mia loves coming with me to shop for her food, treats and toys. She mostly enjoys the treats and spoiling from the incredible staff! She was nervous getting into the car yesterday but when I pulled up in front of the store she did a full body wag and could hardly wait to go in. Staff is always helpful and welcoming.

The staff here is INCREDIBLE. They are always so kind, friendly, and helpful. I’ve been here three times at this point, getting cbd treats for my Shih Tzu. They were very knowledgeable on all the products I asked about. It really shows how much they care about their community and animals!!

Oh my goodness, I can't believe this was my first time going to this store!!! (I've lived here my whole life!!! )The employees are so very friendly and knowledgeable!!! They were very kind and helped me to find the perfect product for my senior fur baby. Also I had two dog tags engraved while I was there, and I couldn't believe how quickly they were done. I definitely recommend The Tailgait Market!!

Absolutely the best place to get food for my dogs. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Love the fact of them paying attention and asking about my pets as well as knowing my husband and I both by name!!

I just want to say that the tailgate Market is a wonderful place to shop. The women that work here are absolutely magnificent. They can answer every and all questions and they're always such a delight to see. Not to mention all the fuzzy babies that you can see when you are shopping here. Such a great place. My pugs love the Tailgait Market. Not only does the store carry high quality pet food, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about pet nutrition and care. They know/remember their customers names, humans and pets alike, and give tailored advice based on the needs of your pet. There are other stores like it in Asheville, but I appreciate the personal touch at the Tailgait Market. My pugs and I are not just another customer at the Tailgait Market. We feel like we are family.

Very awesome privately owned business, it's always best to support your community. The owner is awesome, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They know their customers very well and make sure you get the help you need!! This is my regular pretty sure now. They believe in best quality prices are reasonable and they are very TRUE to their organic and healthy food and treats for your dog(s).

Tailgait’s customer service is UNMATCHED. They’re always cheerful and are on a first name basis with their customers. They are very knowledgeable on the products they’re selling and have saved me a trip to the vet on numerous occasions with supplements and advice.

The only place I trust for all of my pets needs! Last year I switched my dogs to Fromm adult dog food and they have had shiny, soft, itch free fur! The shop owners and workers are all amazing, they are so helpful and always kind. This place is the best!

Such nice folks! We needed help finding the perfect brush for our dog and they nailed it! We returned to buy another one for my parents!

The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. They always have a wide variety of products and even if they do not have it in stock, they always know when they will be getting some more in. It is always a positive experience to know that information. I use their training treats, fish skins and natural flea spray. All of which works!

The Tailgait market is amazing. The staff are wonderful, my dog is really shy but they bare with her and try to make her comfortable while we are looking around. They really care about the well being of your animals and make sure everyones experience is a great one. I would recommend the salmon skins and the duck feet to anyone my dog absolutely loves them.

This is the best pet store anywhere! We used to drive over from Lake Lure. Now we come from Bristol. Everyone who works there is so great. It's like Cheer's - everyone knows your name.I love supporting this local business...even though technically it's no longer local to us.We feed our pets raw food and they always have what we need for them.Check out this awesome store....you won't regret it!
