First off thank you all again… this store and the S. tunnel road store were amazing when I purchased my frame and mattress. The sleep expert (Jose) made my experience simple, stress free and it was crystal clear he took the extra steps to completely take care of my purchase and address my back pain issues. The best part was he made sure I left the store happy and a future customer.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me information without any hard sell. Mattress Firm will be delivering my new mattress and adjustable base in 3 days!

Clint was a true professional when we called about an adjustable bed for my mother! We were going to do it online but was not sure on a lot of things! Mattress Firm has convenient locations on quality mattresses that also offer a payment plan. I made a purchase at the Merrimon Avenue store in Asheville, NC and the salesman was not pushy but very helpful. I also ordered online an accessory at the Greenville, SC store which gave me free delivery!

10/10 ⭐ these guys are phenomenal! Another mattress company showed an item in stock online for free next day delivery. Once i ordered and paid, they informed me that it’s not actually kept in stock and it would take two weeks to get to me from a distribution center. I canceled my order with them and now my refund is going to take two weeks to get to me. 🙄 Moral of the story: do yourself a favor and just start here! Andrew got me what i needed with truly free delivery the next day and the whole order process took two minutes of my time. Thanks!

Justin, the salesperson who helped me, was great. He helped me find just the right mattress set, without any pressure or rushing. I am very happy with my shopping experience, and grateful there is a brick and mortar to visit here in Asheville. I had no idea whether I wanted medium or firm and was able to lie down on a variety of mattress sets. Also inspect the quality of the materials. You can't do that online.

We needed a mattress very badly, Clint was so awesome.
