Apple Crabtree Valley Mall

Apple Crabtree Valley Mall located at 4325 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612 upper level gets my 5 Stars! I walked in and immediately a few of their employees greeted me, and were ready to help me - without an appointment! Store, lots and lots of products. Sales associates are very knowledgeable. I’ve had an iPhone ever since they came out and also the iPad. Pro MacBook, as well as the regular Mac.

Met with a smile for service as soon as I walked in the door and as I was waiting I had 5 other employees ask if I needed help. You will not lack customer assistance here and if the person helping you can't do or help you with what you need they immediately find another employee that can. The service is amazing. I'm waiting for my laptop to be shipped back to me. I hope repair service is just as great.

Very crowded but was served quickly. Assistance was knowledgeable and addressed the information I needed without being off the subject. Always love Apple folk.

I went there with my friend who had multiple problems with multiple phones. Even though they don't do maintenance stuff there, the associate there (Lauren) was very helpful, polite, and professional. My friend got all her problems solved. Thank you Lauren, you deserve a raise

Brad and Daniel at this store are absolutely incredible and so helpful! My wife and I went in to get a new iPhone but she had a lot of complications with her Apple ID. Long story short, Brad and Daniel were so patient and kind to us and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It ended up being a long time in the store to work through all the issues, but truly it was great with them. If a manager sees this, please tell them they are all stars.

Apple Store in Crabtree Mall
I wanted to really take this time thank Mr. Bobby for helping my 18 year old daughter who had to get a replacement phone. Mr. Bobby got to the root of the problem!
I never revealed this to Mr. Bobby, but my daughter has a three month old baby girl at home. This is her only child, so she really had to get her phone situation taken care of.
Mr. Bobby handled it WELL!
He was a very patient, and courteous person throughout the whole ordeal. My daughter forgot her password also, and Bobby never showed even a little frustration. He was not frustrated at all and handled my daughter’s situation as the Pro he is!
When my daughter forgets her password, I get frustrated with her because to me she should remember it.
Sometimes I get impatient with my own children, and seeing how Bobby handled the whole situation from start to finish, will help me be much more patient.
Mr. Bobby is an ideal representative for Apple! I highly recommend him to people who have 16, 17, 18,19.

This mall is massive. Great selection of stores, but they need more directories so people can locate stores more easily. I didn’t see any security (perhaps that’s the way it’s supposed to be). The stores are all the same as you see in any mall but the food court is rather boring. The parking while ample, is confusing and the parking spaces are tiny.

Very nice shopping experience at this mall. We found the items we were looking for. We will definitely return, when back in Raleigh

Simply: wow. Incredibly painless and unbelievably streamlined buying process for my daughters MacBook. Literally she and I were in and out in less than 10 minutes. While the buying process as I said was quick, do be aware not every Apple associate is extremely knowledgeable. Be careful to do your homework and challenge and ask pointed questions about your future tech purchase.

Wow! This place is awesome! My wife’s phone was unable to send/receive texts after we switched to a new carrier. We tried all the online remedies to no avail. We went to the Apple store at Crabtree Valley Mall and met with Logan. After we explained our issue, Logan diagnosed the problem to the old carrier eSim active. He deleted the old carrier eSim (after asking us) and selected the new carrier eSim and wala worked perfectly. We were in the store literally 5 minutes. Great job Logan!

Went into the store to pick up my new iPhone! Not only did I pick it up, but I got help from Charles with setting it up! Charles was the kindest worker I have ever interacted with! 10/10 experience! Love apple!

Always a great mall to hang out with family and enjoy some casual shopping. This mall has a lot to do and some of my favorite local stores, like Mineralogy! Definitely check it out and let them know I set you their way 😉
Otherwise, no complaints about this location except that getting in and out during rush hour is INSANE.

Avoid this mall from 4-6pm weekdays!

Very appreciative of the manager Weaver and the Geek Tech named Chill for providing excellent customer service today- making me feel valued as an Apple Consumer of many years. The manager was was caring and helpful and the young man Chill provided clear concise communication regarding my issues. He was straightforward with the information and made sure I understood what he was saying. This is an awesome Apple Store located on the second floor of the Crabtree Mall -the mall is situated at the junction of hwy 70 and hwy 50 -numerous stores of different price points and restaurants in the mall and/or outside adjacent to the the mall. My husband & I needed an elevator - we went thru the belk’s store to access. The store is located on the second floor of the mall -we did notice a closer way by coming in through the very front of the mall - going by the Cheesecake Factory and making a left. hospitals accommodations in the area -also close by I40 in Raleigh.

This evening I visited the store without an appointment and asked about my Apple iPhone vinyl case that was delaminating on one corner. Kelly was quick and efficient in helping me and without requiring any effort on my part he replaced the case and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Fantastic service!!!!

I am beyond satisfied with my experience at this store on (04/19). If I could give 10 stars I would.

On this particular day I had an appointment at 5:30 for a service for my phone through apple care service I have. I had booked the appointment over the phone with apple support which was super painless. I walked in for my appointment and all the staff was very accommodating during my wait. Comfortable sitting, an area for me to juice up my other devices and even noting my area I was sitting so when it was my turn the tech didn't have to search for me.

After the tech came over he explained the services that could help with my issue and made me feel like he cared about me spending my money as if it was he's. I saw he was human not just just a robot trying to make a sale which made me feel super comfortable. There was only one error when quoting pricing he didn't realize I still had Apple Care which in all honesty I didn't know what that meant anyway because I'm very new to Apple but nevertheless I left the store and said I would file a claim through my phone carrier because their warranty was cheaper to replace the phone. Before I could even make it out of the mall there was someone calling me from the store to tell me pricing was a error on their part and through apple care which I had the price for replacement was exceptionally cheaper then the carrier and if it wasn't too much to ask if I could come back to the store.

After grabbing pretzels which was about a 15 min wait I returned and as soon as I walked in there was someone there to great me at the door, I sat back in my comfy area with the charging juice bar and before I knew it me old phone was switched for a brand new one. My wait at the Apple store the second time was way shorter than my pretzels I waited for..lol

This whole experience has definitely made me a Team Apple believer!!! Thank you all for having such amazing staff!

We have been to this location a few times to get our Apple products repaired. Each time, the service has always been amazing.

The last time we came to this store was last week. We made an appointment online to have a battery replaced in the phone and the display fixed in a laptop. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and they helped check us in for our appointment. It didn't take long for an associate to find us and get us started with the two repairs. He explained everything in detail and was very friendly the entire time.

The phone took an hour to fix the battery and the computer was fixed in 48 hours. Note to add, the computer was shipped off to Memphis, TN, fixed, and back in our possession in 48 hours!

I'm so thankful to have a wonderful Apple store nearby. Wonderful and informative staff!!

Fabulous help and the techs are resourceful, too! Thank you for helping me as I work through my cancer treatments which watch would be better for me. There are so many gadgets and widgets to learn and use, oh my! Look forward to going to learn how to use the watch to the best of my ability.

They also shared the military website because Apple does give discounts to the military. Thank you, once again.
