Nobody likes to get their car done but the mobile service is quick, convenient, and an easy process. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to come the next day. They even came earlier that morning than expected. It was very affordable and Dave was kind and efficient. Very pleased to have a crack free windshield. :)

Hector was very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I had with my windshield replacement. He was very fast and cleaned the inside of my car for me too! Also, the front receptionist, she very nice! Definitely would come again for any repairs/replacement!

Wow! Customer service is top notch here. They immediately welcomed me and had a technician come look at my rock chip. They worked with my insurance. I know I was somewhat lucky getting in so quickly but I’m writing this review to let everyone know it’s worth waiting for an appointment here at this location! So very happy with the workmanship.

A repeat customer of Glass America, not that I enjoy replacing windshields, but it was necessary.
I first got a quote online, but a few details made me question my own input, so I called to verify & schedule an appointment. The woman, located my quote, verified everything, & helped me set a date, time & location that worked for me. She was very polite & helpful, I wish I had remembered her name to thank her.
On install day a couple days later, my installer, notified me before the time block, 20 minutes before, and just before he arrived. This was pretty helpful as I get busy.
Phillip was my installer, he was polite, kind, & fast at his work. The most amazing part, aside from the fact that I can now see through my windshield, was his attitude. I was so impressed.
His genuine positivity showed in everything he did and said. Even when there was a minor issue with the windshield & a co-worker needed to deliver a replacement. Phillip brought it to my attention, told me his plan to keep working. He never missed a step, stopped smiling, and his mood didn't falter. There was no delay, no frustration, & I didn't even noticed his co-worker arrive or depart (I was not outside, so it was likely a quick exchange).
Wow, just wow! Positivity is priceless.

As always, the windshield, customer service, & prices were great, but that completely positive interaction with Phillip, however small, made my day even brighter.

Glass America was very easy to work with and provided exceptional customer service. Hector, the technician, was very friendly and was able to repair two windshield chips relatively quickly on two separate vehicles for us. They went above and beyond in their efforts to provide great customer service and we will definitely use them in the future and recommend to family and friends!

Rock hit my windshield on a Thur, and I was able to get an appt as early as Sat. I believe his name was David, he came out fast, was communicative, and very experienced. Repaired my windshield quick and efficiently. Will definitely be using you guys again!

Fabulous experience. I worked with Phil, Chris and Clint and another lady whose name I can’t remember. Phil came out to look at the glass and gave me his consultation and then came back and did a installation with Chris. Really good price that kept me below my deductible. Highly recommend this company. Talking to Phil for a few minutes would make you want to get in the business. He’s been doing it for decades and his passion around the subject matter is palpable.

Glass America installed my windshield two years ago. It began to develop a stress crack just recently which was quickly migrating through the entire glass. The whole warranty process was seamless and everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Thanks Glass America!
One more thing, Glass America doesn't charge you that glass disposal junk fee other vendors do which is a sham as far as I'm concerned. They charge the customer for something they're going to profit from when that glass gets recycled. Another reason you should choose Glass America

Very pleased!! Our technician Phillip was amazing!! Was able to book appointment within a day. He came replaced the windshield in about 45-55 mins he was done and it looks amazing!! 5/5 Recommend!

I had my windshield replaced because of hail damage 2 days before this review. I waited 2 days to make sure that everything was okay and that there were no surprises. This was probably the best experience I've had in dealing with auto related services. The week before I got "screwed over" by Safelite. They didn't show up when they were suppose to and they never communicated with me about the delay. I went online to cancel. I thought that for sure I'd have to wait a number of weeks to be scheduled for service with Glass America. I called on Friday to make sure they had or could get my type of windshield. They set up my appointment for the following Monday. I was stunned as to how quick they could fit me in. The price was also $140 less than Safelite due to the fact that they use "after market" products (fine by me as long as they do the job) and they charge less for the labor. Monday I showed up and was greeted by very friendly people. There were a number of customers there who had also had their troubles with Safelite. My windshield was replaced within 35 minutes (once again I was stunned as to how quick) and they told me to wait 25 minutes before driving my vehicle. I was in and out within 1 hour and the job they did on the replacement was outstanding.

Great Service by outstanding people.on short notice they were able to replace my rear windshield glass , Although our account had gone inactive they reactivated account and provided a great service by very experienced tech .

I scheduled my appointment the day before and was told the technician would call me around 8am to confirm the exact arrival time. I got a call at 8am ON THE DOT saying he would arrive between 11am and 1pm. He arrived early at 10:30, and was finished by 11! He was happy to explain how he removes the old, broken windshield then showed me how they do it.
Oh, and they were HALF the cost of Safelife and with a LIFETIME warranty (Safelite only gives a 90 day warranty). Literally could not recommend more!!!

They are prompt. I went to their website for a quote thinking I'd have to set up an appointment like with Safelite, but nope not the case. They give you the quote and you decide whether or not you want to go with it. To my surprise the quote was a lot less than I expected. I chose to accept the quote and not even 2 mins later I got a call to set up an appointment for tomorrow! I am excited to write a review about that and of the service. Thank you.

They did an amazing job on my windshield replacement. Very professional and informative on the process . Would recommend them over so many other companies.

Called them for a windshield replacement, got scheduled the next day and they came out to the house to do the job on time and professionally. Also did the job for less than half the price Safelite was quoting and included lifetime warranty.

Love their fast schedule service right outside my job they came to change my front windshield when they said they will ... price was cheaper than anywhere else and with no problems at all....i highly recommend Glass America!!!

My car involve in a hailstorm and my windshield was damage. I called them on Friday and by Wednesday next week they fixed my windshield. The process took an hour and half. A constructive observation is that they need to make the waiting area cleaner.
