I love my Doctor Pakel! She is helpful, she explains everything until you understand it, patience, so caring, very dependable, will do her best to help you in considering different options, I have nothing but respect for her and appreciate her not giving up on me. She is truly a blessing! The staff that does the treatment are always so kind, attentive, positive, a true comfort, compassionate, dependent and always go above and beyond. Thank you for such great care. May God bless each and everyone one of you, may you and the family receive nothing but abundance of blessings.

Dr. Miller explained my Pathology report using words I understood. Recommended anti-cancer pill explaining possible side effects. Gave reassurance that adjustments could be made if necessary. Gave recommendation for future breast exams and mentioned a new breast exam that's available. Answered all my questions. I feel good about my future with Messino. Dr. Miller earned 5 stars, 2 thumbs 👍 and a smile 😊

Compassionate, professional, 99% on time rate. Someone always ready to take a call. messages and calls returned. I may not be the.best patient but this center and specific practice has been remarkable.

WNC is fortunate to have Messino Cancer Center. My experience was “5-stars” for the front staff, wait time, and quality of my time with the doctor. Dr. Beardsley was prepared and communicated well. Our meeting offered plenty of time to ask questions. Highly recommend!

My husband was very pleased with his care.The wait time was quick. The staff were very efficient and kind.We really liked Dr. Chay he was thorough and answered all our questions. My husband is in good hands!

Dr. Chay listened to me and answered my questions directly in terms which I understood. I never felt rushed, confident that he would give me all the time I needed to get comfortable with the procedure that I was going to begin.

The staff were also great. I felt very well cared for.

Messino Cancer Center was top notch. From the check-in to the nurses was a very quick easy process and everyone was so nice. Dr. Chay was AMAZING! He explained everything and offered me some answers to my problem. I will definitely recommend to anyone I can!

This was my first visit to the Messino Cancer Centers. Had to wait a little to see Dr. Pekal but she came in and informed us that she was charging her laptop and would be back in a few minutes. I found her to be personable and a good listener. She asked a lot of questions about my medical history and family medical history. Since some of my blood test were already finished when I saw her, she discussed the results with me. After examining me she talked with me about her diagnosis. She then accompanied me to the person responsible for making appointment for another test in two weeks.

My first impression of Dr. Pekal is that she is a competent and caring physician who goes out of her way to help her patients.

Thank you Dr. Bryan for taking the time to look into my care. I fully trust your opinion on my blood situation. I have been concerned ever since I found out that my platelets were low but since you are keeping a check on them, it has relieved my worries.

Judy Phillips was the most caring and attentive doctor I've ever had. My Anemia is very bad so I'm not able to concentrate on anything and it's at a point where it can be dangerous. She was so understanding and patient she gave me time to take notes on what to do and explained it at least 3 times, ontop of helping me make appointments with the right blood transfusions place, she was ontop of everything and described in detail what could be happening and the urgency of it all. The love and positive attitude she has was infectious. She remembered me from the last appointments and asked about my family and we had a couple of laughs about life. If you want a genuine doctor who came into the profession to help others she's the one to go to. She's someone I would describe as loving and caring and friendly and knew what to do in urgency, when you're looking for a doctor that's the person you want.

I saw Dr. Emily Miller for the first time recently. My other medical oncologist moved so I was referred to Dr. Miller. It’s always hard to change doctors because it takes time for them to get to know you. Dr. Miller was absolutely wonderful. She took time to go over my history of cancer diagnosis and treatment. She was very thorough. I was having some issues and she was very attentive to my concerns and is taking steps to find answers. I highly recommend Messino Cancer Center and Dr. Emily Miller!

Had to have a IV. Dreaded getting stuck with the needle. But my nurse Tina did a great job. Didn’t feel anything when she inserted the IV needle. She was so professional and knew what she was doing

These nurses are the most dedicated nurses I've ever seen. Non stop, an caring. The entire staff has been been great. Dr bryan an shirley has been right on top of things. Highly recommended.

First time visit to Messino cancer center. Check in went smoothly. Nurse who got all information &checked vitals was very thorough. Dr Pekal gave an excellent examination & asking questions as well as answering my concerns. Lab draws &results came back quickly. Then Dr Pekal went over results &made a plan for next actions to take.I am very satisfied with this visit from start to finish!!I highly recommend Messino cancer center to anyone.

The staff has been so helpful and courteous and has answered all of our questions and concerns. We are also very pleased how smoothly the treatments have been and how effective they are. Thank you all so much. In this day and age it’s rare to find people as conscientious as Dr. Warsch and his wonderful staff!

Dr Palmeri and the staff at Messino Cancer Ctr have been so amazing through my treatment process. Carly at the front desk is always kind, efficient and has top notch customer service. The nurses answer questions promptly when you need to leave a message. And the nurses in the chemo room are rock stars. It's always a pleasant atmosphere and a good experience even on the days when I don't feel well. Dr Palmeri is an EXCELLENT physician. He is so patient and kind, a good listener and explains things very well. He truly makes you feel like you matter and you're cared about, he never makes me feel rushed or like any of my questions are dumb. I can't recommend this practice enough for top notch Cancer care in WNC!

Such friendly people. I was very nervous going in my first visit and they made me feel very comfortable. They listen when you talk and answer all your questions. Great folks next visit will be so much better.

Dr Raab is the best. She is so very professional but extremely compassionate. She has the right words for bad news as well as good news regarding my health. Dr Raab explains everything very clearly, listens to me, and answers all my questions on my list!!!! I’m so fortunate to have her as my doctor!!!
