Ebb & Flow Massage Therapy Center

I am so happy to have found Ebb & Flow and Sarabeth. It was exactly what my body needed. If you’re thinking about a massage, consider this your sign to go ahead and book one. The post-massage relaxation room is just the icing on the cake!

Today was my second visit to Ebb and Flow massage therapy center . I had absolutely great experience there. Nice space, relaxing atmosphere and excellent staff. My massage therapist name is Rasha, she is very professional . She understands my needs and goals . So far her skilled techniques help me dramatically , she is doing amazing work. Best massage I ever had. Thank you so much , I will definitely come again and will tell friends and family about you and this wonderful place.

Natalie is so incredible! She works like magic and is so kind & knowledgeable! I feel like a new woman. My husband and I will definitely be coming back for her. Also, wonderful prices that you can’t beat. Clean place and tea room is awesome. 🤩

I had a killer headache that had lasted for 2 days. My husband said let's just pull into the next massage spot we see and try it. I was skeptical they'd be able to see me, but Adam the owner was able to see I could use some help. He was willing to squeeze me in and try relieve my pain. You can tell they're passionate about solving problems at Ebb & Flow. PS - I got a new mouse and desk chair as he suggested!!

Had the 90 min Deep tissue massage with Natalie. Her vibes alone put me at ease, and she put me to sleep several times during our session. She truly puts the client first, she explained everything she was doing while doing it. Highly recommend her 10/10!

My right arm was more than sore, it was almost locked up from over use with repetitive motion. I got a 30 minute chair massage from Natalie who did a fantastic job. It was my first time at Ebb & Flow and Natalie immediately made me feel at ease.

We were very happy with our experience at Ebb & Flow! They were accommodating to our family and massages were wonderful/ reasonably priced. The space is very clean and relaxing. Would definitely return when in the Asheville area.

If you get the opportunity to work with Kelly Snyder, she is literally the best masseuse I’ve ever had. And I’m incredibly picky about my massages. Deep deep tissue and therapeutic massage. Worth every damn penny.

I've been twice now and received deep tissue massage treatment for some injuries i have received playing sports over the years. I cannot recommend them enough. Tara is the real deal - if you're training and need someone strong and skilled enough to really dig deep into your muscles and help with recovery, Tara is the one to go to! Ive had friends that use ebb and flow and they say the same thing about their massage therapists. The environment is great and relaxing too. Thanks y'all!
