Asheville Ford Service

I know that all service departments that are connected to dealerships are the most expensive and I mean ridiculously expensive places to fix your car but the reason that this place is good is because one, if no other mechanic can find a problem in your car this place will and they will fix it right!! Number 2 I absolutely love every single person that works in this place from receptionist appointment planners and the mechanics, this place has great employees as well as the ones that sell the cars. You want stuff done right this is where you need to go even if your car is not a Ford

We were out of state and the truck was missing and having issues. We searched ford dealerships and found the one is Asheville. We were not sure if they would be able to help as it was late in the day….but they came to our rescue! I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this service department is! Brandan and Rich were amazing. They worked hard to get the truck diagnosed and fixed. They were friendly and really great to work with. Can’t say enough about these to gentlemen and the time they took to help us get going. Thank you so much!!!!
I would recommend these guys if you are in the area!

My eight-year-old son and I were ending a 3500 mile road trip when our 2014 F150 engine light came on. We were two hours outside of Asheville and nine hours from home. Lucas and the late Saturday afternoon/evening crew waited for us to make sure our truck would get us home to Saint Augustine, Florida on Monday.
One of the guys even gave my son a tour of the garage while we waited for Lucas to run code on the engine.
It was over the top, great customer service.

Just had stellar service at Asheville Ford. Mike was very pleasant and helpful when making appointment and Jason was outstanding checking what I needed and making sure everything was done completely. I will be back.

James, in the Parts Department was very kind and helpful. He got me the part that I needed for my car, and I was able to get in and out quite quickly.
