Excellent service here. Everyone was very patient and clear in explanations about the plans, the options and the current and upcoming deals. No rushed or pushy service. Louis is an excellent employee. He went above and beyond what he could have done to Help me. I came in to pay my phone bill and got a bad cut on my finger from my umbrella before i stepped inside and he got the first aide kit and fixed my finger up immediately and then after my bill was paid he helped me figure out what was wrong with my phone. I thought i had a virusbut it turned out i just needed too update a ton of apps which he was so nice enough to take care of for me. He is an excellent employee from the moment i got I to the time i walked out. Best experience ive ever had in a Metro store. Give him a raise please. Or some form of award for his hard work. Thank you so much.

I went in today with my husband. Mario was so quick to offer us the best plan and the most affordable good phones. They are one of the best Metro stores in the area. Awesome staff!
