I saw a few negative reviews when I first searched for NAFD and I just want to say what a GREAT experience I had. Dr. Dao had been my dad's dentist as well as a friend's during her residency at MAHEC. I am SO glad I found Dr. Dao and her team. Carolyn was my hygienist and she was SO gentle. I normally am very scared of dental treatment but I was very well taken care of and it was not like medieval torture at all. After shopping around at MANY dentists I have found my dental practice of choice.

Clean office in an accessible location with compassionate and professional staff all around. Dr. Dao and her team were very understanding of my medical/dental anxiety, and helped me feel as comfortable as possible throughout my visits. The front office staff are fantastic as well, great communication and always friendly. They were very transparent with pricing and provided an accurate estimate prior to any procedures. Can't recommend them enough!

I appreciate everyone at this office for their willing to help with all dental needs. Dr Brent did a root canal for me several years ago and it's been Great! He made the process straight forward, painless, and did a beautiful job! All the staff in the office are always friendly and make you feel at ease. All the staff that do the exams and cleanings always take care of me and I truly appreciate that, I highly recommend North Asheville Family Dentistry.

Such a fantastic experience with an emergency appointment, that I made them my regular dentist! Had my first yearly appointment and it went so smoothly. Very gentle, informative of costs and friendly.
Back for a cleaning and a lovely experience again. Carolyn is so gentle that my appointment was a breeze! All the staff are wonderful. Will continue coming here even though I moved out to Spruce Pine because you can't beat the staff!

Brent is by far the best dentist that I have ever had. He pulled my tooth completely pain-free and that was a first for me. I highly recommend North Asheville Family Dentistry to everyone. They are absolutely wonderful in every way. They will definitely be the only dentist office that I ever go to again. I am truly grateful to them. Because having a really bad tooth is quite a nightmare, not to mention it's very unhealthy for your heart as well as your general health. I'll definitely be making more visits with them in the near future. Because I have a few other dental needs and only trust them from now on. Thanks so much, y'all! And God bless!

Only my second time here, but very happy with them. The hygienist was very thorough and professional. Feels like the best cleaning in a few years. The front desk was very helpful contacting my insurance (new insurance this year) to get coverage and eligibility, and filling for me.

My first dental cleaning went great. Being that I suffer from vertigo and can't turn to the right, my hygienist took excellent care of me. The X- ray scan was top notch. Friendly staff and highly recommend.

Incredible staff! Gentle, patient, kind. You don't feel like you are at the dentist. Honest and they accommodate the patients request on things. I am glad our family found it- it truly is great for my 1 year old up to me and my husband.

Asheville Family Dentistry is great! The staff welcomed me as a new customer and it's such a bright inviting office and patient area. Dr. Dao was so personable and very professional. If a trip to the dentist can be enjoyable, this is the place,! 5 stars!

This is a great group! They spent a lot of time educating me on the x-rays, and rational for three choices of follow up. I felt good knowing enough to make my choice. I would recommend this practice to everyone!

I needed to find a new dentist because of network changes. The reviews are what made me hold out until I could get an appointment instead of other options. I was very pleased with my new patient appointment and at no time did I feel anxious. It took a while on the waiting list but I am so glad I waited.

I’ve been a client here for just over 2 years and I love the staff and service. I legitimately look forward to my semi-yearly cleanings and appointments. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Dr. Dao is the best, she's very meticulous and truly knows her stuff! The whole staff are Total ROCK STARS. I highly recommend this office for your Dental needs.
