NC Farm Bureau Insurance

This is definitely the best insurance company I’ve been with. However, what make this specific branch is the people who works there. My insurance agent is Rhalina Eckley, literally the absolute best agent I have ever worked with. She covers every single corners of all my policies that I have, and I have a lot and Amanda is always a big help when I am there!

I've been a personal injury lawyer in town since 1999 and I've dealt with practically every auto insurance company in NC in that time. With that being said, I see how these companies treat their own customers for claims. In my opinion, Farm Bureau is the best. They consistently treat their own customers like, well, customers. They are fair, and that's more than I can say for a lot of the "good neighbors" and "good hands" companies. Thus, they are the company I picked to insure myself and my family.

Jeremy Cox, Amanda and Holly are the most responsive and caring people I've encountered in the insurance business! When I need something last minute they never make me feel like I'm imposing on them. I encourage family members and friends to talk with Jeremy's team -- I switched to Farm Bureau more than a year ago and never looked back. They've saved me money, time and frustration.

I have represented many companies for many years and this one, by far, has the best people. Their mission is to serve others well.

I had a DWI with a .1 fall off my insurance and they refused to pull another MVR to lower the rate. Then when it came time to renew I had zero points but they told us to start it again in a few weeks to get another MVR with zero points as I have zero points on my insurance and zero points on my license. I haven’t even had a speeding ticket in ten years.

They screwed up the renewal paperwork and we had to pay the full rate on my cars and my work vehicles even though I had zero points. They let the insurance lapse and I was pulled over with the tags pulled and when I spoke to Nathan he didn’t have any answers except that we let it lapse.

I’m canceling every homeowners policy I have with this company and every car policy over this. I’m also reporting this to the NC department of insurance.

They decided it was a good idea to add a person to my policy without my consent. I thought it was unlawful and violated contract I signed with them, but they said it was not the case. I had to prove that, person they added to my policy had their own insurance... extremely wasteful and dehumanizing experience. Thank you

I have had insurance with this company over 15 years and they have progressively gotten worse to deal with. Will NOT be signing back on with them. The two ........ I spoke with were blooming idiots. They would not work with me and were very rude. This is an example of the people Farm Bureau has working for them now.......very bad representatives. Stay away from this company. Use to be a very friendly company. Buyer beware.
