Another great experience. Staff at the desk are efficient, polite and welcoming. Everything runs on schedule. Holly is sensitive and thorough in providing cleanings. She has a great sense of humor which makes going to the dentist easy. This office has some of the best patient communication I have experienced. They are on top of it.

Marks Family Dentistry has been providing dental services and procedures for my wife and myself for almost three years now. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly caring and sincere to say the least! The Dr's and hygienists are nothing short of wonderful and carry the most professional chairside mannerisms. They will NEVER TRY TO PUSH EXTRA SERVICES WHEN THEY ARE NOT NEEDED! First class offices, first class individuals! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been a long time patient of Marks Family Dentistry and continue to be impressed with the quallity of care provided by everyone in the practice. Both Drs. Jennifer and Jason Marks are the best of the best! They're thorough, meticulous and highly skilled dentists. Their dental hygenists are also excellent as is their office staff. It's no surprise that they continue to receive high rankings in local directories. I continue to recommend them to family and friends.

If you are looking for a dentist in the WNC area, I could not recommend this practice more highly. Patient care and dental work are top notch and everyone in the office is super friendly, kind and helpful. Dr. Jason Marks is very gentle, thorough and explains what he's doing throughout the process. 10/10 recommend.

If one must go to the dentist (and one must), Marks Family Dentistry can’t be beat. I am especially impressed by their dental hygienists - Anna is awesome - and their office team. The Doctors Marks are both excellent as well. So, a great team all the way around.

From the minute you walk in their friendly & helpful staff always make you feel comfortable & welcome. I recently saw Dr. Jen to repair my front tooth that I had taken a big chip out of. She did a remarkable job (as always). My teeth never looked better! Dr. Jen is gentle, extremely talented, & truly cares about you & the quality of her work. Highly recommend!

Marks Family is the Best! We’ve been going to them ever since we moved to Asheville 15 years ago. Everyone who works there is so professional and pleasant to work with. The Mark’s are so knowledgeable and caring when working with their clients. Can’t recommend then enough!

I think it is fair to say that no one likes to go to the dentist. I must say that the entire team at Marks Family Dentistry makes this experience as good as it can possibly be. They are professional, competent, very organized, kind, and caring. This is true from the time you are greeted at the front desk and with everyone that you need to interface with for your dental/oral health care needs.

I tried a few dental practices in Asheville and ran into problems. I’ve posted about Marks Family Dentistry before and I just can’t say enough good things.
I feel more like family than a patient from the moment I’m warmly greeted. The dental work is impeccable, the hygienists are excellent and the front staff is efficient and professional while still being warm and inviting.
Holli is my regular hygienist and, with her guidance, my teeth and gums have never been better.

I had my second visit at Marks Family Dentistry yesterday. My husband had tried for years to get me to switch to them. A crown added by my previous dentist fell out on Sunday. So I called Marks Dentistry early Monday morning and spoke with Holly. She was super nice and was able to fit me in later in the morning. I am always anxious at the dentist. Samantha, the dental assistant, was very kind to me, taking me back, setting me up, getting me a pillow, and calming me down. Dr. Jason then came in. They both worked very carefully as a great team and were at all times concerned for me. Even though I was a work-in appointment, Dr. Jason took great care and time with me to get the crown just right before re-cementing. After my great experience, I have no doubt that Marks Family Dentistry is the best place for me. Margaret

The entire staff at Marks Family Dentistry is terrific! From the front office to the hygienists and dentists, everyone has been supportive and caring. Additionally they never “up-sell”— instead they provide logical and appropriate advice about our dental
health—something that becomes more rare as dental practices consolidate and want to “grow” their business. So an A+ rating.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jennifer, Angie, and all the wonderful staff. Had two bad experiences with other local dentists before landing with them. The difference in care and competency is astounding! Some of my friends have also switched over and we all agree, “They’re the best”!

Just went back for a cleaning - and always a 5 Star experience. Love the hygienists and the dentists - all are top notch. And what can be better than the feeling of clean teeth!! See you in 6 months! If you need a dentist in the Asheville area, can't recommend highly enough.
