Extremely friendly staff! I had an urgent need for 3 units due to moving from another city. Doug fixed me right up, then Heather was a joy to deal with in the office - very patient, efficient, friendly. She called the day before to see if I was all set and ask whether I needed anything. The facility itself is convenient, clean, and easy to access. Overall, an excellent experience. I would recommend this location!

Doug was very friendly, helpful & professional! Love how every level is ground (drive up) so no elevators. This property seems very clean and safe. Thank you Doug for making this an easy process. Moving is stressful!

Clean, cool & comfortable. Always felt safe there - not so at other storage facilities. I was given a handicap accessible unit and that was so helpful.

Logan did a great job of explaining what units were available, showed me one, and signed us up without any hassle. Just what I was looking for.

I visited on a Saturday afternoon; there was only one person working. The office space contained some moving supplies, if they were needed. The person working, when I visited, was Heather and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the place, the storage units available, and how to get to them. Because she was alone, that afternoon, she had to lock the office while she took me to see 3 sizes of units on two different levels. We came immediately back to the office, where I rented the unit. The prices were optional, depending on the size and how far from the loading/unloading door; there were 2 or 3 three platform dollies on each level for people to use; and their prices seemed commiserate with other storage places. The prices they offered on the levels of insurance were about the same as other companies, as well. I am looking forward to working with them.

Warehouse is kept clean and maintained. Excellent service too. Will use again if I have future storage needs. Thanks, Doug and Heather.

Manager is easy to deal with and it’s a very clean faculty ( basically brand new). Units are conditioned. It is NOT a drive up facility. You have to park (which may sometime be tight due to limited parking) and walk or dolly your belongings up to 50 yds from facility door to unit. It worked great for us as a temporary place for our house full of furniture. Would use again.

Very clean. Friendly, knowledgeable manager. Climate controlled w/ safety features. Not a drive- up facility. But rolling dollies are provided, that steer well. Will definitely meet my needs , for the momment....
