Went in for the rmv services. Linda was the one that assisted me. She was so sweet and very helpful through everything. She made the whole process much better.

We always go there to get documents notarized as well as apply for the drivers licence renewal. If you have a AAA membership then thr notarization is free as far a I know.

It was quick and easy to renew my license here
Would come back here again if I needed to do again in the future

Extremely friendly staff both greeters, insurance, rmv processing. They are professional and don’t speak to people rudely like a lot of places do lately. I heard their patience with several older customers which made me happy to hear. If you are deciding where to make your appointment I highly recommend this AAA location.

I cannot say enough of this AAA office. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Tell ya what. Compared to going to the Registry back in the 60's, 70's, 80's is light night and day! You dreaded going! Not at this office! Thank you!

I almost don't want to write this in fear that other people will take appointments but everyone at this location is so lovely and patient. Very knowledgeable. Be sure to set up an appointment for rmv services if that's what you're going for.

I came in to renew my license as a Real ID and was in and out in 10 minutes! During the process, the lady helping me was nice enough to let me email a bank statement to them to print out when it turned out that one of my documents (The RMV correspondence letter) couldn't be used as a proof of residence. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful!

After going to AAA! I swear that I will never go back to the Massachusetts DMV if it can be helped! The people were kind, efficient, an actual joy to work with.

I had to travel there because it was the only place I could get an appointment for RMV business. It was a great suburban experience. Short line, nice personnel and I was in and out in 17 minutes.

A Triple A member since 1992 I didn't take advantage of all the services AAA provides. The office in Attleboro are great from clean, organized and a superb customer services. I'll go my way to go to this office.

I would highly recommend AAA Franklin for anybody either with or without a car the discounts they give you are so crazy and they have a registry right inside so you don't have to wait in line at a motor vehicle registry place the girls that work there I say girls cuz there were no guys visible we're awesome so friendly knowledgeable and helpful five stars all the way

Great place to get your notary services if you or your family are members and there isn't a wait for pretty much anything. Also, the service is good and the associates are friendly to help you out. Join AAA if you want benefits such as this above.

Recently bought discount movie passes, as I often do. Service was great, no waiting, friendly staff. I was told about a promotion to receive passes for a substantially reduced price if I opened a credit card. I declined, but it was nice to know. I always use this office and have never been disappointed.

Great customer service. This is a well run shop.
Not always better than the RMV though. I was told an hour and twenty minute wait to renew my motorcycle registration. I was in and out of the RMV in less than 20 minutes.

I went there to change my insurance policies to AAA directly as I was quite unsatisfied with my agent of over 35 years. We met with a most knowledgeable and polite man who answered all of our questions and moved our auto and home policies as well as jewelry coverage without a hitch and even saved us some money in the process! We've had AAA for over 20 years. Use a tow once or have them change a flat tire in horrible weather and you won't worry about a senior discount.
