Colby was amazing to deal with! She listened to what I wanted, gave me a few options to test drive and let the cars speak for themselves. There was no pressure, just what was best for me and my family. My son was with me and she (plus Emilio in finance) made us feel at home. This is the second Accord in a row we’ve bought with them and there will definitely be more in our future. Leasing a 2024 Honda CRV hybrid. Best car I’ve ever had and it’s only been a couple of weeks. It was my first time looking for a brand new car and Cliff made the experience super easy. He really listened and was honest and upfront from the very beginning. I only sort of knew what I wanted and he asked questions, listened, then promptly put me in the perfect car. Felt like he really wanted me to leave happy first and foremost. Which I did. Thanks to all @ Seekonk Honda who helped Blanca (that’s her name) become part of the fam.

I had a great experience buying a car here. Sam was my sales agent and he was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He made buying my car quick and easy but made sure i was informed the whole time. Scott worked hard to get me the best interest rate and was very nice and helpful. Cliff Stern met me outside as soon as I arrived at the Seekonk dealership. Although it was evening/after work, he was very patient in laying out my best options and locating the best car for my needs. Cliff also took time to go through car settings with me on my new vehicle. Bill P. (business manager) was also patient and did a nice job (not rushed) of going through all of the paperwork with me. I did not expect to drive home the same evening with my new (to me) vehicle, but Cliff and Bill made it happen.

These guys are the epitome of great customer service, especially Jim Downing who has been my sales rep for both purchases. If you enjoy a stress-free, relaxed, and well managed car dealer that doesn't try and screw you over, this is the place. I have never given a 5 star review of any car seller or repair shop ever, so that should give you an idea of how much I approve of this location. 100% recommend.

We recently purchased a new ‘24 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring here, working with Danny Reyes. He was extremely helpful during the process and made it stress free. We had to wait several weeks for delivery of the car from the factory, but he kept us updated along the way. Once it arrived at the dealership we picked it up within 2 days. My experience with Herb Chambers, Honda of Seakonk, especially with Mr. Scott Birtles, is exceptional. I bought a car, Mercedes Benz G63 AMG, from Herb Chambers, Honda of Seakonk. There was an issue with the car. I reported the issue to Mr. Scott Birtles, the General Manager. Mr. Birtles handled the issue in full satisfaction.

Birtles is one of a kind. I highly respect this man and he's an honor for Herb Chambers. I recommend all my friends and family to Herb Chambers, Honda of Seakonk. Ask for Scott Birtles. Birtles acts with clean hands and with high ethics. While the process could be stressful, the way Mr. Birtles handled the issue rendered it easy.
He picked up the car from my home or work, wherever I am. He brings me the loaner at home or at work. The entire process was easy and it never affected my activities. Scott Birtles, you're the best...you earned my respect. I wish every dealer treated their customer this way. Unbelievable!

I went to several different dealerships before going here and ended up buying with Herb Chambers. I did not feel pressured at all to buy something that was not for me. They had plenty of vehicles to choose from and the sales consultant I worked with went above and beyond to help me find the the right car to fit my needs and budget. Everyone I dealt with there was very kind, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful. Good teamwork.
The process took a bit longer than I expected, and I did end up with a larger loan than I originally intended, (added warranties and glass coating).
Overall, I am pleased with my experience at this dealership.

I went to Herb Chambers Honda with my eye on a used vehicle they had listed on their website. I was looking for a new vehicle after totaling my car in an accident and still felt a little shook up. I met Samuel T upon walking into the dealership. Sam was courteous and never applied any pressure during the sales process. I was slow to making a purchase as I was dealing with insurance company hoopla. Sam and Lindsey from the online sales department checked in on me periodically but not incessantly, it felt supportive and not pushy. I finally made my purchase on Nov. 10th but still very nervous to endure the financing process. My credit score was an issue but nor Sam or Scott from financing ever made me feel insecure or embarrassed. The process went better than expected and my application was approved. I picked up my new vehicle on Monday, Nov 13th. Kevin Teixeira walked me out to the vehicle and did a complete walkthrough with me. He showed me the features of the vehicle and helped me set up my Bluetooth, an extra step that was so helpful.

Great experience overall! Danny Reyes was my salesman and was super transparent about the whole process. He makes sure to answer any questions you have and provides you with all necessary information. Danny was also very accommodating which I definitely appreciated. Financing through Honda Motors was very reasonable. Preparation and delivery of my new Passport was complete the next day. I can count 7 new cars and light trucks that I've purchased from other dealers over the years and this was by far the most pleasant experience. I've already taken one short road trip to NY and I am totally satisfied with this purchase.
