The UPS Store

Today, a Friday, at 4:45 pm, a constant line of customers streaming in was clearly stressful for employees. I dropped off 2 prepaid packages and asked to make 30 copies of a document from a memory stick. Katie, who was helping me, took a few moments to help me, out from behind the desk. Efficient, yet helpful and kind. For a 12 dollar sale. Memorable. I just want to reach out and say that the world needs more people like Katie. Please tell her I said so.

Wonderful place. The owner knows exactly what needs to be done. He makes certain the mission is accomplished. If you ship from here your items will be packed perfectly and the items will arrive as promised. Yes it it is obvious he runs a tight ship. He demands his employees do their jobs properly. More employers should embrace that attitude. This shop and its owner warrant the highest possible praise.

I was about done with this store after many bad experiences and rude employees but had to go late Wednesday night to get a check overnighted because the post office was already closed. I was helped by a young woman with blonde hair and blue eyes, she had an Irish tattoo. She was very helpful, could not overnight my check because their last pick up had just left but she was pleasant, greeted me with a big gorgeous smile and patiently answered all my questions and tried to be as helpful as possible. I typically feel rushed and unwelcomed.
I don't know if she's new or filling in from another store is my guess as she was very knowledgeable about the store. Whoever she was I hope she's there for good and wasn't just a fill in.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!! Even though there’s a UPS Store closer to me, I will only use the Franklin Massachusetts store from now on. Wish I had names so they got the recognition they deserve!

I got there at 8:08 last night and the girls there had already locked up. I had 3 drop offs and the blonde girl came and unlocked the door and took them for me. I've never had a great experience at this location until last night. Thank you ladies!

The manager of this store is absolutely wonderful! I'm in here on a weekly basis and I've seen so many rude customers yelling at him about rules/regulations he has no say in. He always responds respectfully and is a pleasure to see time and time again. Generally, the wait isn't too bad either and I'm seen quickly even when there's a long line.

I have been using different UPS Stores over the years and when the staff is professional and courteous it makes all the difference.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dara. He was a gentleman and helped me set-up a box before work. He was very thorough in the paperwork and made sure everything was on-point all while helping drop-off customers at the same time.

It makes all the different when you get good help! Give that kid a raise!

This hectic holiday season, I partially labeled my packages. Even with this gross omission. ken, the owner and his staff, diligently and skillfully tracked my packages, relabeled them and sent them to the intended destination. We received daily updates on the progress of each package. They went above and beyond what I expected. My grands are happy their holiday gifts arrived on time. I'm very happy with the service and consideration given from each employee.

The person I dealt with was very helpful. Since I Am disabled person he suggested that I call the store and he would come to my car take package and help me out. I find that this person went out of his way to make return easily accessible.

Service at the Franklin store was efficient and friendly. Kenny assisted me professionally and courteously. I had heard negative reviews about a closer UPS store. Glad I came to this one.

The staff at this UPS Store and so nice. I've had to use the notary service several times in the last few weeks. They gave me a coupon for the service! So thoughtful.

Super helpful and always polite! I sometimes don't have my act together when I go in, but they are always patient and friendly. I sell on eBay and Amazon, so I'm very happy to have them nearby.

The last time I used the UPS Store in Franklin I had a very delicate item to send to my sister. It was a quilt that had been made following the death of her daughter Bridget Marie Sanetti in the Station Nightclub Fire in Rhode Island. The quote had been constructed by her students from the Hillside Alternative School in Woonsocket. Her colleagues lovingly stitched the quilt together and had it framed beautifully. It was extremely large and very heavy as well as very fragile. Your company treated my quilt like it was the Hope Diamond. They wrapped it and mailed it and it was received by my sister and absolutely perfect condition. I am forever grateful to the kind, courteous and respectful care that your staff showed me.
