Ethan, the young man who helped me pick out paint for my shutters, was a treat! He gave me the best advice to not only paint, but also get the paint to adhere to the surface I was painting. He also let my children watch how the paint was made and they loved it. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Thank you for being so helpful to someone that often doesn't ask for help. I didn't even really know what I wanted when I walked through the door but ended up leaving with exactly the right parts to finish my junkyard water rocket launching base and kept my nephew busy all day long. The absolutely best for many of your weekend tasks! The staff is very knowledgeable and well trained. I love that they carry the Jonathan Green lawn products.

Staff was super patient with me while I took my time selecting exterior house paint. I preferred the experience over Lowe's or Home Depot. The location is nickel clean and well stocked for your most common everyday needs. An excellent, almost nostalgic example of a family owned hardware store. Easy parking, no lines. Would recommend.

I had a great experience shopping for paint at Daddario! I was greeted immediately upon walking in and a very knowledgeable staff member was able to quickly find what I was looking for. My paint was mixed and ready to go in under 10 minutes! They also had all the supplies I needed for my project in stock and easy to find. They even carried my paint cans out to my car without being asked! You can’t beat Benjamin Moore paints and the service at Daddario reflects that quality. For your next project, skip Lowe’s/HD and support your local hardware store!

Great store and people! I live on the opposite side of town from this store very close to a different hardware store, but I refuse to shop there because of the horrible customer service. When I walk in the door at Daddario Hardware, the door is barely closed behind me when someone asks if they can help me. And that person will lead me right to the items I'm shopping for...best customer service and worth the ride across town everytime!!

My wife & I just purchased a home in town and have made many trips to Daddario so far (and I’m sure there will be plenty more). I can’t not say enough how great the staff is - extremely knowledgeable, friendly & treat you like family. As first-time homeowners, we have a lot of questions and each person that has helped us has answered them for us. I highly recommend shopping here.

If your sick of getting lost in the orange warehouse this is a great little hardware store with customer service waiting at the door with a smile. Right off 495. A must try.

The neighborhood hardware store is the last bastion of true customer service. Great stuff and great staff. Always better than spending a half-hour wandering around a big box store buying more than you need. Highly recommended.

I own Image Painting and started going to Daddarios because of convenience near a job. After coming here a couple times I realized the people who work here actually care about my orders and get it right every time unlike the other paint stores near by. I go out of my way to come here now because my orders are 100% complete and correct every time.
Jack has a Ben Moore Rep who is very knowledgeable with all paints and materials, Ricky goes out of his way to make sure I’m happy with everything I order or need from them. He also makes sure My prices are on point and unbeatable and also offers free delivery to my sites . I’d rather come to a family store like Daddario’s and be treated like a human than go to a big box store and be treated like a nobody.

Fantastic store with an AMAZING staff! I'm pretty sure they are the most friendly and helpful people on the planet. Not only do I always come in and find what i'm looking for, I usually walk out with some extra home improvement knowledge as well.

I love this little store! It has great variety and pretty much anything you are looking for, plus you dont have to go to the big box store and be another number,they are very personable and friendly and will help you find anything and everything!

These guys have just about anything you might need. Plus if they don't have it, Jack Daddario will go out of his way to get you what you need. All of the staff is top notch and you are dealing with a business that is owned by people who have been part of the Franklin community for generations!
