The dollar tree on Franklin has upped the game

Clean store, pretty standard Dollar Tree. No complaints

I travel a lot and visit stores when I can. This store was in good condition and the employees were friendly. Way to go

Well stocked of skin products and noticably tidy. This isn't even a dollar tree I go to normally but I have to say worth enough to get a positive review from me. I'd shop again in that area

It is a good store,there are 2 in Franklin. This one is on the 495 side of town. It is a good place to find all sorts of products that you could possibly need. From balloons to pans even food. I like stopping by and see what is new.

It said "Grand Opening" which suggested some kind of special deals or products. Nope. The only woman who was working the counter wasn't at the register, and we had to wait 7 or 8 minutes until I finally yelled out , "HEY! Is there any one here?". 2 full minutes later, a lady hobbled to the checkout counter and proceeded to ring us up slower that a peanut butter river. No thanks.

Theres an older bald man that works there and he is so rude to customers and his coworkers. He ruined my experience there today.

The worst place to buy, if you don't want to waste your time and have your money stolen, don't go to this place, I paid with a whole bill and the cashier told me that if I had coins so she could give me the whole change to whatever happened, then I just He gives me the invoice and I ask him about my change, he tells me that's all, I ask him to call his supervisor to check since I was 💯 sure of the ticket delivered, the supervisor came to me yelling at me and even worse treated me like garbage It was Super RACIST and on top of that I won't return my change, if you are Hispanic or black I do not recommend you go to this place. the staff is very racist. Today I spent the worst day of my life. They treated me like dirt and stole my hard earned money.

Just went to this store at 5:34 pm to buy a couple of things. No cashier anywhere around. Im at the registers and I called out hello, anybody here, no answer. I could hear people talking in the front employee room, but somehow they couldnt hear me. I called out again hello. Then the clerk whips open the door, gives me a dirty look and yells Try the register with the light on! I look over there and there is nobody there! Then Another clerk comes running from the back to help me. The first clerk needs to learn some basic customer service skills because its probably the only job she can get. She would be more suited to cleaning toilets.

Staff is normally nice, but now are very disrespectful and condescending, will be taking my business to E Central St
