I love this store! The most important quality for me--the superb customer service I receive each visit. I am a newby, inasmuch I am learning to be a serious bird watcher. I have always loved watching/learning about birds and all store employees are so eager to answer my MANY questions! :) Each employee has provided undivided attention, of course providing it's not bustling in the store with customers. They all have been very patient with my many questions. I recommend, absolutely, Wild Birds Unlimited if you are a starter like myself. Hope you enjoy the entire store experience as much as I have!

I come to this store at least twice a month to purchase seed and other foods for my backyard bird friends. Every time I go there I’m always greeted with a smile and offered help if needed. When I have questions I get informative answers. I enjoy going to see new items every time I go shop there. Fun place for bird enthusiasts!

Sales staff is great! Products are pretty high quality. There are great options for bird seed like a no millet and no mess feed. Plenty of "Deck options" for feeders. We joined the club for $25 and got a plug bird feeder that sells for $25 for free. If you like birds and want them around, this is a one-stop shop.
