David's crew from Boston did an amazing job on our windows! Our house feels so upgraded after this! They did more than putting in new windows but also fixed up our interior trims wherever they saw the need. They also cleaned up our house and yard very well after the job was done and left the place cleaner than they started. Amazing experience!

We just had our windows installed from Long Windows and we had a amazing crew David from Norton and his amazing crew of 5 . They were very professional, courteous and especially efficient. They did an amazing job from beginning to end and thoroughly cleaning up after themselves! We highly recommend David and his crew!

Best experience ever. Ricky showed up exactly on time, took photos and measurements to document the requested job. He sat with us and showed us all of our options , made recommendations per our questions and was patient with my slow decision. They were all so beautiful. We could hold the sample and then able to view a finished display on line with that sample. Made it come to life which was so helpful. We agreed for the job to be done and now we are excitedly waiting for the project to begin. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called Long Home products to get an estimate on my roofs. I have two separate roofs and one is leaking. I sat with Darnell who is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and shingles and the process of putting a new roof on. He answered every question I had along the way. I signed up to get the roof that was leaking done and they got the permit and were here within 3 weeks to get it done.
They called and let me know when they were coming and 3 guys showed up at 8am and were done by 3:30. They were very polite and the roof looks phenomenal! They also cleaned up the yard to look just how it was before they came. Not 1 nail or shingle around. Excellent job! I am so extremely impressed with how my roof came out. I highly recommend them and will be calling them when I need my other roof replacement. Thanks for doing such a fantastic job!

We had Ed and Greg from Long Home Products visit us today to give us a quote for a tub to shower conversion. I was extremely pleased with the team’s approach and advice throughout the process. The process was efficient and effective so much that I signed my deal today!

I recently considered renovating my entire bathroom, but realized that the focus of many companies is primarily on shower areas. Shea Gallo was particularly helpful in this regard. Shea patiently explained the company's history and provided detailed product information. Although we didn't end up collaborating this time, as my project was beyond their usual scope, I was impressed by the exceptional customer service. Shea's dedication to meeting our needs was evident throughout our interaction. If I plan to update just my shower area in the future, I will definitely choose them. Their professionalism and expertise, especially in shower installations, are commendable.

Ricky Frank arrived on time and was very thorough and knowledgeable about what we wanted. He answered all of our questions and worked with us to make the job of our bathroom remodel affordable for us. We especially liked the history of the family business and how much they care about their customers. We can’t wait to see the end result. Thank you for the experience!

Matt provided a very informative and appreciated educational experience on all the monetary aspects of this project. While the planned project ended up involving more aspects than I was originally thinking I’d have to spend money on it’s something I’ll definitely be returning to after a bit more financial planning.

Mike W came to our home on January 5th to give us ideas for a bathroom mini-makeover. He was extremely professional, friendly and thorough. He really knows the products inside and out and gave us every option there was to update our bathroom.
It was so refreshing having a sales person who really has a passion for their products and could answer all our questions on the spot. He was able to extend any discounts where applicable as well without us even asking how we could save.

Shea G. was extremely personable, beyond polite and underscores why we are looking to Long for another (3rd) project - people like Shea are very hard to find, but Long seems to have a knack for having the very best. His ability to listen and allow customers to make their choices was surreal. There wasn’t any hint of pressure whatsoever, yet when needed, his guidance was superb!

Pricing, as in everything today, ‘seemed’ high, but Long has always worked its magic in working with customers for viable solutions.

The project has been targeted for June to late August 2024.
