O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I haven't been to an O'Charley's in years. So glad to discover this one in Asheville. Same great taste and value we remembered. The rolls and potato soup are a must.

We visited on Saturday 2/19/2022. We were seated immediately and our waitress was POINT ON! Her name was Autumn and I cannot say enough positives about her attention to detail and service. She took our order, repeated it back to make sure she had everything correct, checked on us often, kept glasses filled, and overall created a perfect dining experience for us. Our meal was awesome! Cooked perfectly and served with an appeal that was inviting to dig in and enjoy. It’s service like what we had today that inspires me to come back again and again. Many thanks to Autumn and her excellent customer service skills and the kitchen staff who prepared our meals.

Food was great! Service was wonderful! Our waitress was exceptional! We will be visiting again.

I had the best experience! My server brittany was hands down the best. She had the best attitude and very attentive to me and my wife! My steak and chicken tenders were amazing, my wife got the bacon cheddar burger everything was cooked just how we requested! Definitely will come back again thanks to our service

Very Nice....Perfectly Prepared and On time. Enjoyed the Russian accent from the Waitress. I was shocked to see the dining room wasn't busy at 8:30 pm when I picked up my order. Food tasted very good back at the Hotel Room (Hampton Inn just 3 min. away)

Slow night on a Monday. Almost empty. Sat near the bar. Bartender (Fayth) was very helpful and made suggestions to help us decide. We decided on a full rack of baby back ribs (should have just gotten the half) and the Steak and Tenders combo. Salads and appetizer came out quickly and seemed fresh. Drinks were kept full and entrees followed shortly. Rolls were hot and plentiful. Ribs were very tender and had a great flavor. Steak was good and chicken tenders were also very good. Overall, it made us glad that we chose to dine here. Would definitely come back and sit in Fayth's section again.

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with a party of 10. They only had 2 servers on staff when we arrived, but they sat us quickly, and I honestly have never been more impressed with a server. Ian was so pleasant, and greeted everyone in our party, from adults to the baby. He was very professional, and got all our orders perfect. With 5 adults and 5 children this was no easy task. We have always enjoyed eating at O'Charley's, but Ian really made a great impression today. Thank you for another great dining experience!

Stopped here for the first time while traveling in the area. Was a great meal and the service was fantastic. We went to the Asheville location. Ask for Autumn. You won't be disappointed. Chicken tenders are the best we've ever had and the Salmon was really good as well. Will be going back again.

The service was prompt and friendly. They kept our ice waters filled. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with french fries. I took the option of substituting a grilled chicken breast for the beef burger. There was no additional charge. The toppings on the sandwich were fresh. The bun was premium. I was frankly surprised at the quality of the food and the excellent service. I had figured O'Charleys for a cookie-cutter chain. I was happy to be proven wrong.

The waitress was friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious. My husband and I both got the top sirloin (well done). They were completely cooked (NO red) AND very tender AND even juicy. I know this is how they SHOULD be, but we often have trouble when we eat out getting a well-done steak. They are often either not completely cooked OR overcooked. We also got baked potatoes that were cooked very well. I know this shouldn't be that difficult, but I guess in the rush, sometimes at some places, they aren't completely cooked and soft all the way through. I asked for extra butter and sour cream, and the butter was deliciously melted all over in a small puddle and there was plenty of sour cream. It was just as delicious as the steak!

This place is awesome and my family and I are becoming regulars here. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is absolute 🔥🔥🔥. And by that I mean it's delicious and my second favorite sandwich here. The king being the French Dip sub! You have to try it! I'm getting hungry just writing this review right now and going to have to stop by for to-go. 😃
If you have kids then you will love the .99 kids menu and so will the little ones because the meals are really solid. I would order from the kids menu if they would let me. 👌 My family of 4 eat lunch here regularly and the bill comes to just under $25. We pass on the savings to our server for the excellent meal. Gotta get that good karma. ✌☮

We had dinner @ O'Charley's tonight and it was so good! We hadn't been there in a long while.. We forget about them because it's up on the hill hidden. But we'll definitely go back soon. We loved our food. My California Salad was divine. The chicken on it was the most moist I've had in a restaurant. And the service was excellent. Our server Jodi was wonderful.

I have not visited O'Charley's in many years. My husband and I decided to go and we had a really nice time. The music was not so loud you could not hear each other talk and we did not feel like we were too old to be there! Service was exceptional and the grilled chicken was very moist and juicy, which can be challenging to find! We will surely be going back!

I went there tonight with very little money to be honest but my family of 2 and my wife and I ordered what we wanted and an appetizer with all drinks for less that 30 bucks, the food was hot and very fresh and our waiter was super friendly, he always came and asked us if we was ok or if we needed anything any he was nice to my kids so definitely all around great time. Recommended for sure!!! Thank you so much!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. My husband and I have ate here there times and each time was a different meal. All of them were delicious. The one time there was a misunderstanding with the order the cook came out to talk to us so he could make it right. And he did!! We will return!

I was unsure of what we would find. The food was good. 2 of us had the Cajun chicken pasta. Yummy, with a little bit of heat. 1 had the fish and chips and 1 had the au jus sandwich. The the au jus was a bit salty so he did not dip it, but instead poured a little bit on. Both dishes were good too.

Sara (bartender) is wonderful! Very helpful and can tell you anything about the menu. She also is very good the servers. Very friendly greetings upon arrival! Chef staff even comes out to check dining area and help servers. Wonderfully ran establishment.

Clean, nice atmosphere. Delicious varied food choices, even at lunch time. I had the seafood combo, my cousin had the sirloin steak and my sister the prime rib, all addy lunch time. Everything was dinne too perfection, wonderfully presented and fabulous tasting.

The have LAGER on tap, food exceptional great menu choices. Wait staff (ian) was great. Will go back often. I ordered for 3 people quite a bit a lot so check was high

Autumn was our server and made our experience exceptional. My daughter took me to O'Charley's in Asheville NC to celebrate my 45th birthday. We were so glad to have been served by an excellent staff that made us feel welcome and made sure we had an enjoyable experience . Autumn stood out among the staff and proved to be not only extremely personable but made her job seem effortless in the way she executed it. She anticipated all of our needs and made our experience one to remember! Thank you O'Charley's for a lovely birthday celebration and a huge Thank You to Autumn! O'Charley's is so lucky to have you on their staff. I hope you reach your goals in your career as well as in life!
