I just picked up my wedding ring here! We had a short engagement anyways and with a few family emergencies in the mix, my ring got put off until about 2 weeks before the wedding... yikes. I went in knowing what I wanted and Leslie made it happen. The ring was not in stock at this store and it had also went off sale from when I had previously looked at it. She managed to find it in store and get me a great deal! It had to be shipped from out of state, overnight. Then it had to be shipped out to the jewler to be sized and shipped back to Zales before I could pick it up. It was a nerve-wracking experience this close to the big day. It took six days to get it after I paid for it which is huge considering it shipped 3 times. I could not be happier with how things worked out. I appreciate her so much. If I need anything else in the future I will be visiting Leslie again. She's a miracle worker!

I love coming here. The Manager Leslie and her team of associates are incredible and super helpful. Definitely come shopping here when you are looking for jewelry!!!!

I have dealt with many different Zales Stores over the years, but this one is My Favorite. I was helped by a young lady named "Jessy". She immediately greeted me with a smile, and made me feel at home. She was Very Knowledgeable about their products, and she had a Great Attitude. I did not feel rushed, even though it was snowing really hard
outside. They all seemed patient, and very attentive to my needs, as well as to the other customers. It was nice to see people working together so well, and they really make you feel Welcome. Thank You, It means A Lot.
