Kailey was so incredibly helpful! I brought my absolutely beautiful engagement set in to be repaired after a couple of the prongs had broken on the large Diamond. She took the time to ensure that not only was THAT one secure, but so were the others that were in the surround. 10/10 would recommend using Kay and ask for Kailey for all of your jewelry needs!

The Kays outlet isn’t like most other jewelry stores where you feel like you have to tiptoe around like it’s a shiny library. I purchased my fiancés engagement ring here. The entire staff was giving me advice on not only the ring but the proposal as well because I said I was nervous. Kailey helped me build the exact ring I had in mind and walked me through the whole process. 10/10
