PT Solutions of Candler

This is my second time at PT solutions…knee and shoulder and both times the treatment strategy and the entire staff has been excellent. Both times my main Physical Therapist was Joshua Hare and I could not have been happier with him. Highly recommend Josh but I recommend the entire staff as well. Chase leads a great staff.

The staff at PT Solutions of Candler deserve more than five stars. They're skilled professionals who understand the needs of each client. They work with everyone effectively and with patience to help achieve individual goals. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I have worked primarily with Josh and Mikaela -- who have been instrumental in helping me realize significant improvement as a result of a knee injury. Everyone on the staff at PT Solutions of Candler is excellent.

WOW! The PT Solutions team in Candler is INCREDIBLE! Taylor, Chase, Josh, and Molly are so knowledgeable, empowering, and empathetic! Michelle and Jonathan at the front desk are incredibly welcoming and supportive! The students are also very helpful and inspiring as they are receiving great mentorship. I would HIGHLY recommend PT Solutions to anyone experiencing pain, dizziness, weakness, or wants to improve their quality of life through movement and exercise! The ENERGY is UNMATCHED! I am grateful to complete my clinical rotation with PT Solutions!!

I can't say enough good when it comes to PT Solutions-Candler. Following rotator cuff surgery I received excellent PT care from Molly. The entire staff are super friendly, very professional and became friends in my time at PT. My last day was bittersweet as I had come to enjoy my time with this incredible staff.

Very impressed with Taylor. He knows his stuff and has an engaging personality. In fact, everyone there seems to be upbeat and patient-centric.

I had an extensive knee surgery a week ago. And was referred to PT Solutions from my surgeon. My first appointment was 2 days after my surgery. This is my second surgery on this knee and I can already tell it’s going to be better than my first. Josh is my main physical therapist, but when you go into the office you speak to everyone. They all make you feel welcome and it’s so apparent that you’re in good care. They laugh and genuinely enjoy their jobs and that’s reflected in the care you receive. Josh is kind and will push you ever so slightly past your “comfort level” in your healing journey. It’s absolutely necessary to be pushed like that, so you can heal properly, and he does it with a lot of grace. His demeanor is perfect for a physical therapist. I’m so glad I was referred to such a good company!

This place has changed my life for the better…every person who works here is kind, caring, welcoming, skilled and organized with your very best interest at the core of what they do. You will leave your sessions not only feeling physically better (or solid steps towards it), you will leave feeling like the world has good in it…people with integrity and heart. This is healthcare at its best! If you need physical therapy support, this practice is a GREAT choice!

Pt solutions is a amazing. You get relief faster than at other physical therapy clinics. At different times, I have gone to pt solutions for pain in my neck, shoulders, hips, back, knees, and feet.

Most of the other pt clinics schedule you for 3 times a week for 12 weeks, whether you need to go that long or not. After those 36 visits you're released even if you need more visits.

At pt solutions, I insist on only seeing Taylor, who I think is the best, but I think all the therapists are great. When he thinks I am all better, which is never 12 weeks, he has me return in a month to make sure.

My foot doctor and primary physician think Taylor is amazing because he fixes things on me that seem impossible. I also get pain relief quickly and permanently.

I worked with Jack when Taylor wasn't at that clinic. Jack was also great, but he's now at another clinic. Let me emphasize that all the therapists are great. I just have my favorites.

I went to my orthopedic doctor because my shoulder hurt. The orthopedic doctor gave me a painful shot in my shoulder and told me to return monthly to him for the shot forever. I insisted on going to pt solutions. They relieved the pain in a month. It has not hurt since. Another patient had the same experience and he saw all the therapists at pt solutions.

I had painful planter faschiitis in my feet. I went to pt solutions about 8 times and that was it. I went somewhere else before I discovered pt solutions. At the other clinic, I went 36 times for my feet and they hurt for a year.

Pt solutions is a fun clinic and I always feel better quicker than at other pt clinics. Another clinic made me feel I was in a funeral home. Everyone whispered and the patients were isolated from each other. At pt solutions, we talk and laugh with other patients and all the staff.

I highly recommend PT Solutions in Candler! From the moment you walk in the door, the friendly employees go out of their way to make you comfortable. I’ve been going to them for over a year, and the dedicated and compassionate therapists there have helped me to feel so much better. They’re always concerned about your comfort while doing any exercises, and go out of their way to accommodate your ability (or inability!) to continue exercising. And I appreciate that they’re knowledgeable and explain what they’re doing and how a particular exercise is going to help achieve the results we want.

I’ve worked with most of the therapists there, and I can’t say enough about all of them. They’re all friendly, always remember my name even though they haven’t worked with me in a while, and make it such a pleasant comfortable atmosphere. I like all of them, and have appreciated getting to know them and working with them. I actually look forward to going to PT Solutions!

And... they’ve helped me immensely to feel better! They’re a great group!

Highly recommend PT Solutions in Candler! I have worked with Josh, Erin, and Jess and they are all absolutely amazing. They all bring something a little different to the table and work patiently to help me to rehabilitate my knee. Everyone in the office is kind and engaging and it’s an overall very relaxing environment for physical therapy.

The PT Solutions-Candler staff and therapists are outstanding. They are friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. They know your name from the get-go, and warmly greet you each visit. The PT staff members listen carefully to your needs and prescribe pertinent exercises and homework that really helps you improve. They really helped me recover from a broken arm in a reasonable amount of time.

Let me tell you about PT solutions candler- it’s the best there is. I was a DPT student at this clinic for 8 weeks and I can’t tell you how compassionate and knowledgeable this crew is. They truly care about each and every patient that walks through the door and make sure you are taken care of. As a student, they taught me how to be a better clinician and how to treat patients with the upmost respect. They are a great group of individuals who will make you laugh and smile more than anyone would expect in PT. They understand the importance of function and have patients reaching their goals and beyond by incorporating the best exercises and educating their patients on why those treatments were chosen. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking physical therapy in the Candler area!!

Top notch professional place!
The therapists seem very knowledgeable. They carefully listen to your reported symptoms and then compare that to physical checks and measurements. Each visit they thoroughly discuss what effects you felt from last treatment, and make adjustments accordingly, all to maximize the treatment for quickest possible results, without risking treatments that could delay or adversely affect progress.
They also continually ask questions to help ensure there are not other sources contributing to the ailments other than the obvious physical issue.
All this while maintaining a very personable approach and relaxed but professional environment, including the very efficient front desk staff.

I have only had the blessing of working with this group for 6 months . I do assisted family living and my schedule and s always crazy . PT Solutions are always very caring and understanding. My client has been there for years and he loves them . He’s special needs and they are fabulous with him. He went from not being able to walk because of an accident to walking on his own . They are amazing and always inviting and welcoming when you walk in . I would give them 10 stars if possible. Great job to you all

There are lots of reasons why I love PT Solutions in Candler: the convenient location, the reasonable prices, the pleasant atmosphere, etc. But the number one reason is the people. They are top-notch professionals who really take the time to listen to you and who genuinely care about your wellbeing.

After having put up with chronic lower back pain for a long time, I started going to PT Solutions in Candler in 2015. I had just assumed that I was going to be stuck with limited mobility and daily pain medication for the rest of my life, but within a few days I already had noticeable improvement. Before too long, I was back to running several miles a week for fun. Since then, I've been back to PT Solutions for issues with multiple body parts, and each time my experience has been the same: they have solved the problem and given me my life back.

I love PT Solutions - Candler. I started PT at a different facility and they made my problem significantly worse. Making the switch to PT Solutions was the right call. David and Stephen were professional, knowledgeable and truly cared about my well being. They made PT enjoyable. With their help, I was able to see changes almost immediately and within a couple months I was ready to end therapy. They were even able to address, diagnose and relieve an unrelated problem that popped up during my time working with them. If I ever need PT again I will definitely go back. 100% recommend
