Buying a home is a huge undertaking when working beyond your state lines. Troy handled this transaction seamlessly from beginning to closing and beyond. Starting with finding us a good handful of amazing options to choose form, to setting up all of the previews via FaceTime, arranging a quality inspection company, to aligning us with us with an efficient and accessible attorney to ensure clean title. He also helped us get a $5k credit from the seller for closing costs, along with convincing the sellers to provide a complete home warranty that covers everything for 1 year (huge relief). He even managed to convince the sellers to leave almost all of the furniture. All we really needed to do was bring clothes and groceries and we were all settled in. Troy really takes care of it all, and makes the home buying process totally anxiety free. Couldn't have hoped for a smoother transaction when buying a property. They were able to put together a great set of houses to see, accommodating our schedule, and we were able to find our perfect match on our first weekend looking. They then helped us with all of the steps to make our offer, helped with details needed for financing, got the inspections completed for us, and dealt with sellers’ agent to get some compensation for repairs that have to be made. They provided a list of utilities with links. We are also happy with local businesses they connected us with for repairs.
