I am very pleased with this management company. They are responsive and helpful. We had to get out of our lease early, which they helped us in finding a replacement, and then because we left earlier than the month ended, sent us a check with our full security deposit for the days we were no longer staying in the home. I am impressed and have only good things to say!

good, caring people who respond quickly to issues! I have seriously loved renting through J.D. Jackson. Any maintenance request I scheduled was responded to promptly. Sally has been so helpful to us the last couple months and truly made our move SO much easier. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing company they work with you to get your family into a house that fits your needs. Michelle is awesome friendly and there application fees are fair unlike most companies. Couldn't have asked for a better place to do business with.

I've been renting from them for almost eight years, and I would not go anywhere else but for the fact that the home owners are going to be charging more rent, shortly, to someone else.
I've met the agents and Mrs. Jackson, and I would definitely use them when I'm ready to buy.

I loved working with them, until life threw a wrench into the works. Then they lost their helpfulness when I was in an abusive situation and needed to get out. Ended up losing over $2000 to them. Losing the money was so much better than staying in a bad situation. 2 stars because of their lack of compassion and understanding

The owners of my last place of residence used this company and the upkeep and management of the property was terrible. Very hands off company. Which means you could get away with things but also not have support when you need it lol

This is a very crooked rental company. Apparently my rent was raised in 2013 and I did not realize it. I went on paying the rent I thought was due EARLY every month. I was not notified that I was paying the wrong amount until A YEAR AND A HALF LATER!!!!!!!! Not once during that time was I notified that I had been paying the wrong amount and accumulating late fees. If the company had been kind enough to notify me sooner I would have immediately started paying the correct amount. Instead they waited to mention it for over a year and now on top of the past due amount during that time I also owe them a year of late fees. Also on several occasions during the 3 years I have been renting through them I have called about problems that needed to be fixed in the home which did not get solved through J.D. Jackson. I would end up having to call the home owner to get things fixed in the home. Not only does this company cheat the tenants out of money but they do not provide the services that the home owners pay for. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and on yelp and I will be showing the home owner just how this company treats good tenants.

DO NOT rent from this company. I lived in a unit for 1.25 years and always paid on time. This company tried to raise my rent so I gave 30 days notice that I would be moving out. I moved out and left the unit in immaculate condition. Now they are keeping my $800 deposit because my 30 day notice wasn't enough for them. They wanted my 30 day notice to be given on the 1st of the month instead of the 5th. When I pointed out to them that I gave 30 days notice on the 1st they agreed that I did but then said that it wasn't in writing so it doesn't count. Give me a break. They essentially stole my $800 deposit.

It’s sad that I didn’t even want to give them that 1 star......People please take heed of some of these results! They are a SCAM! I’ve lived in that house going on 4 years with no complaints from none of the neighbors....i thought they was good peoples too until after almost 4 years of being their never met they maintenance guy until one day I had some water issues in the house I called them she sent the water company out and said the maintenance guy want to come,....he seen that house was valued wayyy more then what they was getting so they gave me a noticed to be out within two months......claim the owners didn’t approve of me painting the walls and putting new flooring down in the kitchen and dining room....as I reclaim I was giving permission to fix it up to my desire as long as it wasn’t no crazy colors on the walls. Every time I was out of town they was trying to come in my house...they broke in the one time without my permission....When I left the house it was spotless no holes carpets clean etc... one thing I didn’t do was cut the grass.... why should I? They kept my deposit claiming that’s what needed to be done...smh it don’t cost that much! My neighbors moved some college kids in which turned out they’re paying almost double rent then they was getting at my house.....I’ve been out since sep 6 2019 I still don’t understand why I didn5 get my deposit

While our property was being managed by this company the building sold to a new owner. They gave out my contact information to the new owner before he even closed on the property. Pretty sure thats illegal.
