Judy Stroud - State Farm Insurance Agent Permanently CLOSED 9/1/22

I have had State Farm for over 30 years and 13 of those with Judith Stroud Agency. The entire staff is helpful and professional. Am especially thankful that the agent Linda, took the time to explain to me about Drive Safe and Save. I drive about 6000 miles a year and this program has saved me a great deal of money. So, thank you State Farm and Linda!
Renewed my auto policy this year and Pattie, the staff assistant was so pleasant, professional and efficient.
Without a doubt, the best insurance agency in Hendersonville.

I LOVE this office!! Laura Marie has been by my side helping me with anything that arises over the years - whether its a simple question, or reassuring me how a process works, or advising me when I need it. It's so nice to be able to communicate easily over emails or phone - depending on what works best for me. She is so responsive. I feel so valued as a customer and not just a stranger who does business with this office. Keep up the amazing work!!

When my car window was shattered at work by something thrown from a weed eater, I called my insurance agent. Diane Brown was so kind and helpful! She recommended a glass shop (Tri State Auto Glass....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!) and advised me on how to proceed so this wouldn’t come out of my policy. Diane called back the next day to check on me, and was genuinely interested in making sure I was okay. This is one of the main reasons I love having a local agent! You just don’t get this kind of personal care online. 🤗

I am truly obligated to post this WONDERFUL review of Judy Stroud-State Farm Insurance Agency! But to do that fairly it is imperative that I highlight AGENT DIANE BROWN! Diane has done more than serve me as a client. Diane has virtually re-defined the definition of EXCELLENCE regarding insurance agents serving their clients. I have had multiple vehicles insured via Diane and always received the best coverage FOR ME at the best price! I already thought that Diane was GREAT...but I did not know how great until I ventured into the land of having a house built from scratch on a lot. There were so many "issues" on so many fronts....but any issue regarding insurance and the builder that seemed insurmountable was deftly and wisely handled by Diane. I do not necessarily want to inundate Diane with new clients and an overload of work....but if you need an OUTSTANDING insurance agent that has YOUR needs in mind.....contact Diane Brown of State Farm Insurance located in Hendersonville, NC! Kudos to Agent Diane Brown and the Stroud Agency for dealing with a tangle of insurance and registration issues involving my 2 cars and differing regulations in 2 states. Not only was Diane professional and extremely helpful, in the process of sorting it all out she discovered that I hadn't been credited for a discount I deserved, and got me a multi-year refund. A great experience all around!

Having been a State Farm customer for over 30 years I can say without a doubt that you won't get better personalized service any else! Judy and Laurie are always very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Ms. Stroud is an excellent agent and her office is incredible!! Several years ago I was hit in my vintage Mercedes and I was heartbroken. Ms. Stroud personally helped me with my settlement which assisted me in my recovery. I've been with State Farm most of my life and I won't go any where else!!

I recently had a car hit and totaled by an uninsured motorist. Diane Brown handled the claim in a totally professional way from beginning to end. Factors that came up during the claim and settlement process that were concerning to me were quickly handled by Mrs. Brown.

I am very thankful for her proactive assistance in this event of unexpected occurrence.

Notwithstanding these comments directed towards Mrs. Brown, her colleagues throughout the State Farm Insurance System involved in this claim completed their respective jobs in exemplary fashion.

Our family has been insured with State Farm in Florida and North Carolina since the late 1970's. Our home in Hendersonville was struck by lightening three years ago. Thank God no one was hurt but the house was destroyed. Would never wish this ordeal on anyone. However, Judy Stroud's staff walked with us through our rebuild. Special accolades for Diane Brown's support, guidance and patience through the 3 years it took to finally be finished. To top it off she was able to even reduce our insurance cost for home and auto by $300. So hope you don't have a fire but be sure and check out State Farm Insurance through Judy Stroud's Agency!
