Polish Nails And Wax

Today is 1/7/24. My nails were done 12/7/23 for Raleigh's Jingle Ball at the museum. I got a red layer with red glitter top layer gel manicure and a pedicure of the same, only non-gel.
What I loved:
- Kitty had the correct amount of pressure when needed and was perfectly gentle when needed.
- As for my gel nails, these are the best I've ever gotten. The picture was taken today and while they have grown out, not a single nail is peeling or chipped. I don't get my nails done often but when I do, I typically let them grow out until they start peeling along the edges. Well, needless to say, I now have to go buy polish remover 🙄, thanks girl (please understand the annoyance is total sarcasm).
- I also love, love, LOVE that she applied everything thin. In the past, I've walked out with some bulky polish where my tips were almost a centimeter and were noticeable heavy! You can see her great work of this in the picture, too.
What I was "eh" about:
- Another customer, a lady and her 6(?) year old daughter, were LOUD. I had multiple employees apologize to me saying she is like that every two weeks. No bother to me really with my noise cancelling earbuds... I only heard maybe 3 high pitch screams/yells.
- Also, I had wished the glitter layer was a little more dense, but honestly, for the specific event I got them for, no one was going to notice so it was fine!

Had the most pleasurable treatment from Ms. Kim! Her service was top notch! Awesome nail tech! Very pleasurable experience with the service rendered! Definitely would come back when in town! Oh I had a Gel mani and Pedi💅🏼 💕

I came in and got a pedicure and a full set on my day off and love them. But the Polish came off the first day and then the nails popped off. I came back in and let them know what happened and they done a new set. I am happy and thankful for them making it right.

Got a Pedi while the kiddo got their nails done. Nice atmosphere and friendly people.

Great service! My technician was nice and detailed. They also provide bottled water to customers. Highly recommend.

Went on a Thursday, a male did them. Wasn’t rushed. Took his time while his wife filed my other hand. It’s exactly what I wanted only 85. I love how it’s angled.

They did a great job! My pedicurist took his time and made sure my feet were smooth before moving on to polish, and my gel manicure looks fantastic!

We had a great experience here. Such a great start to our girls day. Staff was so nice and accommodating.

I LOVE this place. A man called Sunny did my nails and they were beyond beautiful. I love my nails long and sharp and his balance for the stiletto tip was perfect. When I went it was his birthday and he was excited to get off early but he did not rush at all and was very polite.

Hannah did an awesome job. Probably the best basic mani pedi I’ve received as a guy. She was very thorough. No mess ups. No pain. Looks amazing. I often wonder if most places are bad or if they just don’t do a great job because I’m a regular dude. I was really surprised at how good she did. I’m definitely coming back.

LOVE my nails, been going here since 2016. Noy is AMAZING & executes all my creative ideas nicely.
