I’ve been renting from Lakeshore for over a year. Jon is by far the best landlord I’ve ever had (and this is the 4th state I have lived in). He has always made sure my home was maintained and has bent over backwards to make sure that it is a great living environment. If my housing needs ever change, I know Jon will be on the lookout for me. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to rent from.

The best realtor in the area without a doubt. I have used Lakeshore twice now in three years buying and selling properties. They were nothing but top notch. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone for any real estate necessities. You can't find a more trust worthy and dedicated group than them.

I worked with the main guy there (Jon Grigorian) and he was very helpful with providing many different options for someone looking for a new home. He was there every step of the way throughout the entire process of closing on my new home. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. If you have a chance to work with him, he will find the best house for you. 10/10

The place I currently rent used to be managed by them. I miss them. They were wonderful!!! Always helpful. If they did not pick up when I called they were always prompt on getting back to me. Always polite and friendly!!! Never had a single problem. The new management company my rental is with is horrible and I wish the landlord would go back to lake shore.

I have been renting from Lake Shore Realty for 4 years.. You can’t ask for better people.. Jon Grigorian and his wife Jill are wonderful to rent from.. And I know several people that bought houses from him that are extremely satisfied.. As far as I am concerned I will be here as long as he Allows me to be .. I love my little home .. I am blessed and honored to to know Jon and Jill both..

Awesome guy and great to deal with wouldn't choose another realtor or anyone to rent from. I dont know who put unprofessional but I can assure anyone they are far from that.

The Landlord John is beyond rude. Would not return phone calls or messages. When addressd about entering the home earlier than he was supposed to he pursued with an eviction when we tried numerous times to reach him about paying the rent he responded with you're evicted. He was very rude this simply started with a refrigerator that needed to be replaced he brought the refrigerator it was dirty he left the broken refrigerator outside for any child not just mine to get into . The house was is roach infested and he is complaining about the house being dirty. The house wasn't clean when he came because I'm pregnant and sick he complained about that. As long as the rent is paid what goes on in that home dose not concern him. I have never encountered anyone so rude and unprofessional.

The person named Jon who answered the phone for Lakeshore Realty was rude and unhelpful. He sent me to look at some of their apartments in Statesville. All of them were run down and neglected, paint peeling, windows falling apart, trash on the front porches, old rusty AC window units that looked scary. Most of the apartments were in older homes in nice residential neighborhoods; so, it must be awful for those neighbors who live in their well kept homes to have a derelict Lakeshore property next door. It also must be awful to live in one of the Lakeshore properties since they don't take care of them and obviously only care about collecting rent. Avoid Lakeshore Realty, they are slumlords!

Hits me up on valentines when trying to spend times with my wife being a smart azz I’ve never had a real professional hit me up on a holiday running there mouth I was going to rent a property from him but not and more there are thousands of rental properties that will be professional and have respect for others that will help me find a home. Think he needs some god in his life. This business need to be shut down or new people that can be professional.

I called in to inquiry about a property and the main guy that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional he basically stereotyped a group of people and a company and he told me that they were worthless it really shocked me that he would say something like that. To be honest all of the properties that I have seen that they own are not kept very well it looks like they don’t care about their properties. I am very disappointed.

Jon Grigorian Is Attitude Is Horrible... I Rented A House That I Cant Move In Because He Failed To Tell Me That Something Was Wrong With the Furnace And The Gas Company Could Not Hook The Gas Up Because The Furnace Was Installed Improperly There For Not Able Too Light... He Suggested I Use Electric Heaters Until He Could Fix The Problem I Then Asked To Just Be Reimbursed His Answer Was To Just Deal With It Because I Had No Choice Too... Then Before Actually Signings The Lease He Told Me That “ I Don’t Won’t Roaches Or Bedbugs So I Hope You All Don’t Have Them” Just For Me To Come Back The Next Day And See A Baby Roach Crawling On The Walls In The Empty Department... He’s Rude Very Rude At That... His Secretary Who Believe Is His Wife Isn’t Though She Understood That I Have Small Children And That I Cant Take Them Into A House With No Heat... I’m Currently In The Process Of Taking Him Too Court I Have A Consulation Meeting Friday... Plz Save Yourself The Headache And Don’t Rent From Mr Grigorian
