My fiance and I are getting married in May. We are renovating our home and planning a wedding. Lowe’s has made this process easy on us thus far with the great customer service and products. Thank you.

I want to give a shout-out to Lowe's Executive Customer Relations for taking the time and effort in listening to, and resolving, my complaint. Lowe's representative, Kristy Sichak, came up with a solution that made me feel heard and appreciated as a Lowe's customer. This is what great customer service is all about, and the reason I will continue shopping at Lowe's for my home improvement needs!

I am sending a quick note to let you know of outstanding service by employees at your 1580 store in Tulsa Oklahoma. I can’t really say enough good about them.
Our relationship began a few years ago during a large scale apartment renovation project. We began the project with Home Depot as our main source for materials but quickly became disenchanted with their Bid Room policies. We were spending upwards of $100,000 a month and ran large purchases thru the Bid Room for discounts. Problems arose when we purchasing items totaling less than the minimum $2500 needed to qualify for the Bid Room discounts. Example; I need 5 sheets of drywall – no discount given unless approved by a manager, both time consuming and frustrating.
Enter Mark Sontag and the crew at the Tulsa-Midtown Lowes. After meeting with Mark and Jason it was evident they wanted our business and would streamline the buying process without forcing us to jump thru all the hoops that Home Depot did. We took them up on their offer and began purchasing all our materials solely from Lowes. Best choice we ever made! When we had large purchases they ran it thru QSP, when we had small purchases they applied appropriate discounts without delay. As you know, time and money are both important.
Fast forward a few years. When the dust settled we had completed renovation of 603 units at 4 large apartment complexes. Over $6,000,000 was spent, a large part of that was at Lowes, thanks to your team at the 1580 store. From Mark, Jack, Tony, Jim and Joe at the pro desk to Lynn, Heather and Daniel in paint, to Adrian and Aaron on the load side to countless other employees in every department, we were treated with respect. I applaud their performance.
Things have quieted down for me a little; I am working on home renovation and remodeling now, no large scale apartment renovations…yet. Although I am no longer spending what I used to, I still continue to receive outstanding service from your team at the 15th and Yale store. I can’t thank them enough for stream lining the buying process, saving me time and money along the way.

Sincerely,

Dave Manning DKT and Sons LLC

Lowe’s Team,

The reason I am writing you today, is because of the incredible experience I’ve had with Lowe’s over the past 6 months. Navigating through the setup process was long and arduous, and Joe Saraco stepped up and became our captain. I have never had the pleasure of working with such a friendly, helpful, and intelligent individual. He is truly an asset to your team, and I believe he deserves recognition for his dedication to Lowe’s and your team. I have had to thank him over 100 times for helping me throughout some pretty stressful situations. He responds back the same way every time; with a friendly demeanor he says “No problem Sean, just doing my job.” But he truly went beyond his job description when he would answer the phone at midnight when we were shipping product the next day and had questions, or when he would submit our PO’s with the mass upload sheet to help expedite the process for us so we didn’t have to manually input each order.

Joe is a special guy. I have learned that he is a family man with 4 kids and that he would do anything to provide for them. I have also learned that there are selfless people in this world whom would do anything to help their neighbor or someone they have never met. I have learned a lot about life from Joe believe it or not, and I wanted to share this extremely positive experience with your company with someone who could recognize him in some way.

I would be proud to have Joe as a member of any team I have been or will be a part of. I know he is leaving the fulfillment division, and I won’t have the pleasure of working with him in the future, but I wanted to extend my gratitude in a bigger way than just thanking him.

I also believe conscientiousness trickles down from the top, so I can only imagine the leadership abilities from the top of the corporate structure on down.

Thanks also to the whole Lowe’s team for making my first year as a vendor with you all an incredible experience.

There is no upward mobility-for me anyway. The department I worked in"past tense" had a Lead position available. Instead of having a seasoned professional associate fill the position, they hired a youngster from a local gas station for the job, and the others, in hopes of a promotion, had the pleasure of training this individual. There's nothing more enjoyable then having to train my boss. This person now "knows it all" after a full two weeks of training. I was told its the "Lowes Way". Its also very sad how management thinks their subordinates are simpleminded. Example: Time for a survey. They supply us "rank and file" with pizza, donuts and a timely visit by upper management. I didn't know they existed. On the bright side, now I do. Seems like they only show themselves until opinions about management performance are on the horizon. These questions on the survey are vague with no availability for comments. I waited until the euphoria of the food, and concern for our(all color of vests included) well being wears off. I then filled out the survey. This is in my own humble opinion, doesn't mean its true. On the flip side, they are hard working nice people that mean well for the most part and they did hire me so I am grateful.

Well, speaking of grateful, I'm not working in the plant department right now. I am servicing bays which is so much nicer. I hope I can remain where I am. I know what to expect and I enjoy the people I work with. The plant department is completely different and a thankless job. Some employees that I spoke with think its good when they first start and then can't wait to transfer into other departments. Customers think the same but I never tell a customer the real inner workings of it or how I feel when I am asked about my job except "Everything's coming up roses".

Went in to get a door alarm. Was told aisle 13, nope, then aisle 12, nope. Asked Karen, she was helpful but cannot find them. Asked a gentleman that said they were in the cage up front just a few on a display in aisle 11. I was looking at the items in the cage, when some dangerously unbalanced employee screamed for me to move away and that they were in aisle 11. Do you train your employees, doesn't look that way. I told her they are not. Walked out, went to Home Depot. Will never be back for any reason.

I am from Canada and a friend suggested I check out Lowe's in Ogdensburg (store #2401) and look for the girl with Pink hair. We went and she was not there that day, a week later we came back and we were looking for blinds and not finding what we wanted, we were ready to leave and there she was, the girl with pink hair, love it, easy to find her and it was getting close to her time to punch out, she said no worries I will take care of you, she said she wanted to bring us to the blinds on clearance, I said none in our size, she said I will cut them to whatever you want. Great, we felt bad cause it was time for her to go in 20 minutes, no worries she said I will take care of you, hubby was getting hungry, as a diabetic he needed to eat, Fiona (pink hair girl) said go ahead and grab something to eat and I will get these 7 blinds all fixed up for you. She was great, the world needs more sales associates like Fiona. We came back and she was just finishing up, perfect timing. I have never written a review before, I just needed to share this. Never judge a person by their hair colour, super patient and very friendly. My husband was asking her if she is there all week, she said only part time, too bad she is only part time.

Danny Cooper (Medford location) is a hero! After 2 days of waiting for delivery of a dryer Danny was dispatched (by a very accommodating operator) to our home at 3:00 pm on a Sunday … reinstalled the washer (which had been haphazardly incorrectly hooked up by the trucking company); and installed a ‘new’ dryer after having to take the first one back to Lowe’s because it was damaged. He went above and beyond to help us in a crisis situation. Please be sure he is recognized as a true hero!

Mario in the Paint Department - Cartersville GA - location
I went in to the store to pick up a special ordered door I have been waiting for. Customer Service called back and informed the person on the other end of the phone. I waited and waited and waited and waited. No one had brought the door up front. So I looked around at he patio furniture. No door. Then is decided to ask customer service again. Before I walked back to the service desk I look down the isle and saw my door. I waited and waited. The door did not move. I walk toward the 2 workers talking and one of them pulled out his cell phone and started to show the other guy something he had on his cell phone. The one holding my door. As I go closer Mario was passing so I asked for his help. He said sure. I told him I was waiting on this door and this employee was busy talking and not bring it to the front and I was waiting for the door.
I pulled the door from the man and told he it was my door I had being waiting for him to bring up. He kept talking to the other worker. I he did not acknowledge me at all just kept talking. Mario my hero walked the door up front I sign and Mario loaded the door in my car.
At-a-boy Mario and Thank you so much! Real CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After Christmas 2021 I ordered a Christmas Tree on line that cost $570.52. It arrived at my house on January 3, 2022.
I took it to out of the box and was so disappointed to see my new Christmas Tree.
I decided to box it back up and return to get a refund. I waa immediately told they do not do returns on Christmas decorations, etc.
I am stuck with this ugly $570.52 Christmas Tree.
I have called customer service twice and told the same thing.
Never again will I buy from Lowe’s.
Credit card cut up and in trash.😡

Update Lowes contacted me after this post and gave me a full refund. I am back to shopping regularly at Lowes. Thank you Lowes!

I had the best customer service today at Lowes in Jacksonville that I have ever had. Both Dennis and Levar helped me in finding the exact products I was looking for. And get them Into my vehicle. This resulted in my purchasing more than $300. Worth of landscaping materials. And I will be back soon for more. My husband also had a very Good experience last week when he went in to buy a yard swing for our back yard. James In that area really helped with the gathering of this large item and helping him put it in aour truck. This resulted In An over 500 dollar purchase. Lowe's has really improved their customer service!

Update: Lowe's headquarters in North Carolina resolved this issue. Lowe's delivered my oven and they contracted Nixons to install. Very pleased with both. Wish all contracts went through them - it seems a lot of people are having issues with XPO deliveries.
**************************************************

Bought 48" RESIDENTIAL stove from Lowe's in Millville NJ. XPO was supposed to deliver it but belligerent driver said he can't deliver and install COMMERCIAL stoves to residencies. After showing him description on Lowe's website that it was not professional stove he still refused delivery and took it back or said he'll drop it in the driveway. Called Lowe's and they gave me number to XPO and stated that they couldn't do anything. Was told by XPO that delivery driver said there was no shut off valve for gas. I dont know how he would know this since he did not go in house and I do have a shut off valve otherwise my house would have blown up by now when the other stove was removed 2 weeks ago. Then they stated that they don't deliver stoves "upstairs". So I asked how people in split levels and apartments get appliances delivered. They just kept repeating we don't deliver upstairs. So if you have stairs i guess dont order appliances from Lowe's. Then they told Lowe's it was too heavy for them to carry up 5 stairs. So now I have no stove and I paid for installation and Lowe's extended warranty that salesperson said covered "bumper to bumper" which will be null and void if not installed by your 1 star (because you can't leave zero) star installers. I'm disgusted that Lowe's didn't read their reviews before contracting with their company.

**Praying the right pair of eyes sees this** Joel, the Lowe's delivery person, brought a new range to my home. He was kind, patient, courteous. He set the clock on the range and tested each burner. He did a great job. Thank you for keeping him in your employ :)

Last night I pickup my new range from Lowe's in Middletown NY. I loaded it up at took it home to realize I was given the wrong Range. I packed back up and returned to Lowe's. They jumped right on fixing my problem. Got the department manager involved to see if they could figure out what went wrong. I appreciate the quick response in fixing my issue. The nicest surprise was when the manager of that department notified me that I was given a 10% discount for my inconvenience. THANK YOU!!
