The Village Store

Had a longer break today between medical school courses. Hopped in my car and a few minutes later I was in town. I found two Christmas gifts. Yay! I especially love that I supported a few local stores including this one. Mary did a fantastic job wrapping my son’s gift. We had an inspiring talk & she is so nice! I am thrilled with my new Davidson Christmas t-shirt as well. DAVIDSON truly is my HAPPY PLACE! This store is a must! You can feel the historical vibes!

We wandered through The Village Store and found so many cool things! They have a great selection of gifts and souvenirs from clothing to home décor to toys. They have a section just for North Carolina and Lake Norman items too. We highly recommend stopping in to explore some awesome shopping finds.

So lovely place!! I spent about an hour for just exploring selections. Good quality local artistic products and gift items. Prices are reasonable.

The best gift shop in the Lake Norman area. I love purchasing gifts for my real estate clients and friends. It's a very happy place to visit. Add that to your tour of Davidson, my favorite Norman Rockwell town.

One of our favorite shops! Great for gifts! They will even wrap your gifts in cute wrapping paper or a gift bag! The people are always so helpful and friendly.

Can I give 10 stars? This store is AMAZING! I true local gem in the LKN area. My daughter is a student at Davidson - she has shopped there to get unique gifts for me for my birthday and christmas yet for some odd reason I had never been there. I went today as it's parents weekend and WOW - the selection of unique gifts and affordable prices is amazing. The ladies at the store are equally impressive - very kind, friendly and helpful. Please visit this store - we MUST support our small businesses!

I love shopping at this local store and always find something unique and adorable to give as a gift. They have local Lake Norman and North Carolina gifts and accessories as well as jewelry, clothes, kitchen items, garden items, games/puzzles, and cards. The free gift wrapping is a special touch.

I LOVE this shop! There are so many unique items in here that are perfect for gifts. I use a housesitter every time I leave town and I always come here to buy the sitters a gift that will remind them of this area. Somehow, I always end up buying a few things for myself as well!

This store is awesome ,the ladies are lovely that work there , they will gift wrap for u which I absolutely loved , and they have everything holiday stuff, baby stuff , men stuff, womens stuff , and my favorite dog mom stuff , also there are these bracelets that are really neat they are beads with a charm and they are for different charities and if u buy one 25% of the proceeds got to that charity which I think is so neat , definitely loved loved it .
