Very easy store to find stuff and usually can get help too

Just purchased a dishwasher and had the best experience with Vikram. We were blown away by his professionalism and dedication to providing the best possible service

I absolutely love Lowe's! I wanted to start a garden this year bc I want to know where my food is coming from and what's on my food. They have an excellent see of seeds for vegetables and herbs and they also have certified organic seeds! They had everything I was looking for (and unfortunately even more lol). Everyone is always very friendly and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.

Kathy Park is the most dedicated and diligent employee - she was sooo patient and cut my blinds in the best manner possible - for Lowe’s it would have meant more blinds taken back - but Kathy saved the day - thank you sooo much Kathy you made my house a home

I think this is the correct location - hope so b/c I had the BEST experience with Kenan who stopped what he was doing and helped me pick out a rug. Probably not his dept but chatted awhile and found out the info I needed. Paul in flooring took over and also was great. Different experience than the other reviews here. I was greeted when we entered and when leaving. But Kenan and Paul were what impressed me both!

Bought a Christmas tree and hot a great sale price! Everyone that I encountered that worked there was super helpful and kind! Very happy!

Only Reason im leaving a 5 Star is because of Gabrielle in the Flooring Sales Dept. What a Great sales lady very Professional and very knowledgeable and i can't say enough about her, in my 40 + years of going to lowes and buying tools and Building Materials for the homes that i have built ,have i had such a Person who knew there stuff she knows everything about flooring i was amazed at she was able to answer every ? And every detail and get our material toghter , she is definitely the best i have ever dealt with,Great Job, what a Gem lowes has here.

Chris was extremely helpful. Helped me pick out a new grill, get everything I needed, and helped me get it to my vehicle.

Picked up online order and was handled quickly and professionally. Afterwards went to garden center to pick up something the app told me where to find. Alex helped me decide which of the various gravels I wanted. He pulled it off shelf and loaded up on my cart. All with a huge smile and thank you. Love this Lowe's.

I had an issue with a back pack leaf blower and I was getting the runaround from the actual blower company and their manufacturer's warranty.
Wes, listened to my situation, and made the call to refund me for the blower.
He didn't have to do this, but I feel he put me, the customer first, and took care of it.
I'm very thankful for his professionalism and the way he handled this situation.
I will certainly continue to spend my money at the lowes home improvement located in monkey junction.

Great plant selection, but their veteran discounts have gone down hill tremendously, probably won't go back since home depot still cares for veterans

I think at least 90% of the employees who noticed me looking for various items took the time to STOP whatever they were doing to ask me if I needed assistance. I'll admit that the cynical part of my brain believes this is probably a method Lowe's has employed to deter shoplifting, but because I'm not a shoplifter - I find it refreshing to know that help is LITERALLY a couple of steps away if I need it. With regard to the products on offer and the associated prices (at least within every department I'VE shopped) - Lowe's Home Improvement's selection has consistently been good to great with only an OCCASIONAL need to go elsewhere for a product I either couldn't find, or felt was priced too high for my liking. (Honestly - WHY pay RETAIL for a BRAND NEW circular-saw, drill, etc. when I can get the EXACT same model (or a BETTER one), slightly/gently used, at a local pawn shop? But, I digress. Sorry!! :-) FYI - I own a MASSIVE toolbox and regularly utilize MOST of the tools / accessories our society tends to associate with "MEN'S work". Therefore, EVERYone, both female AND male customers, can rest assured that when I say, "Lowe's has a great selection in most departments" - I'm NOT referring to blinds, curtains and lamps. I'm sure they have some great home decor items, but I can't personally vouch for that.)

Had a great experience with the Lowes plumbing team and assistant manager. Ordered the hot water tank And went home to get a phone call from there install team. had to wait til the next day and called them and was immediately on the phone with the Contractor. Heaton Construction set up the appointment. The plumbers Name was Jonathan Elliot and he was the best. He covered everything possible before install. Found out I was going to lose a lot of space with the new tank. We brought it back to Lowes and swapped it out with a better fit. It didn’t cost me extra and Jonathan had the best attitude the entire time. The finished product looks great and I didn’t lose any space. Glad I went this route great job to Lowes and there contractor Heaton Construction, and a awesome Plumber Jonathan.
