My first time at Enchanted Skincare and Wax was by far the best wax experience I have ever had! Mary is a calm, kind, and fun person who made me feel at ease. She’s a thorough professional who took time to explain everything she was doing: from defining my brow arch to plucking the last hair, Mary made sure I was comfortable with the process. The wax she uses feels fantastic and is nearly painless, and I didn’t have any redness or swelling. I am thrilled with my eyebrows and will absolutely be back, thank you Mary!

I found Mary through Groupon. I will definitely be coming back to her. She is very professional and personal and chats with you the whole time so this helped me feel more at ease. This was the least amount of pain I've ever had with waxing too and the results are great! Mary also is great at reminders for appointments.

I went to European Wax Center for years but a friend referred me to Mary and it was a great experience! Whatever wax she uses is definitely high quality because I have sensitive skin and I had no redness or pain. Quick, comfortable plus Mary is super nice and made me feel relaxed. Will be returning!

Mary was in place and waiting for me when I arrived. She was professional and easy to talk to. We chatted the entire time about everything from waxing to tattoos lol. She was very detailed and made sure to get stubborn hair that was hard to remove. I especially liked her package deal for Brazilian and underarms. I’ve always gotten my services done at European Wax Center. I’ve seen 3 different waxists in a year because there’s so much turnover. Recently I found out that my current waxist no longer works evenings or weekends. Which is the only time I can come in. Someone referred Mary at Enchanted Skincare and Wax and I decided to give her a try! Mary was very professional and thorough! Her prices were extremely reasonable as well! While the location was a little difficult to find, her wax table was much more comfortable and the quality of the wax was much better! I break out and have extremely sensitive skin and I hardly got red when she waxed me! I will definitely be returning! This was a near painless wax experience!

Mary was very kind and professional when I went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up and get a relaxing facial. It was my first time getting waxed and she made it a quick painless experience. The facial massage combined with the relaxing environoment almost put me to sleep, so it was very soothing.

I got a Brazilian was from Mary and she was AWESOME!!! I found this place on Groupon and I was pretty nervous. Her place is located on the second floor passed a hair salon and it’s very clean, inviting, smelled good and nicely put together. She has the room ready and she was super informative and welcoming. Mary made me feel comfortable and she certainly knew what she was doing/talking about. I have been to other places and I always get the wax stuck on my skin even after I leave but not here. This wax is different. It’s not the traditional wax with the cloth or paper that is ripped off. This wax uses nothing else for the removal. It’s just the wax that comes off and it’s so much smoother and gentle on the skin. I have sensitive skin so I was worried I would be irritated or that she would have to apply many times and rip away a lot but that was NOT the case. It’s was less painful (because what wax doesn’t come with quick pain lol) and she knew all the techniques for minimal pain. She had the right products, breathing techniques and even a stress ball to squeeze and distract your mind. She played a nice array of music so anyone will find a song they like in her playlist. She has texting reminders or phone call or email. She sent reminders and directions to be place (which by the way, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS on her location) there are two entrances and if you don’t read, you will go into the wrong one but if you pay attention, it’s super easy to find and should not be a problem at all. I will be coming again for sure. You can maybe find some place to do your waxes for super cheap but the quality of service will be just that too. Mary has super reasonable rates and great products. New customers get a wax for a discounted rate. For example; my Brazilian was only $30 for my first time. Next time the rate won’t be much of a difference so I certainly recommend!

Mary is the BEST! She is the only person I will let wax me! She is so calming and explains everything that she’s doing and when she does it! I cannot say enough good things about her. I recommend everyone see Mary!

So i was terrified of waxing because my first experience was so bad. It hurt so much i could barely walk for two days. I had terrible bumps, and there were so much hair still leftover. so after a year I was like ok let me give this one more go.

Mary doesn’t do huge strips that hurt like crazy. She does smaller ones, and she kinda presses on the area after waxing to minimize pain. She also uses baby powder the whole time and aloe after. I was not anywhere near as red as the first time i tried it. I would definitely go back. The pain control is great, and theres barely any stray hair left. I cant really post a picture, ya’ll just gonna have to use your imagination.

I went to see Mary last week because my eyebrows were starting to get a little out of control. Mary was so kind and assessed the natural arch of my brows before discussing how I wanted them waxed. I’m extremely pleased with my eyebrows and my husband even commented on them when I got home! I’ll definitely be back as summer approaches for other services such as underarms and bikini line :) I’m very picky with estheticians and waxing, I’ve visitied quite a few in the area and hadn’t quite found the one for me. I think I may have finally found my permanent go-to esthetician for waxing services!
