Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

We walked by this store and it smelled amazing which is why we decided to go in. Full transparency - we had no intent to buy a mattress today, although we had been discussing the need for a new one for a while. Plot twist: we ended up leaving with the purchase of a new mattress and frame. I’ll tell you why:

I’ve spent years in sales, and these are the only people I buy from. Not pushy. Knowledgeable about the product. Believes in what they’re selling.

I laid on a bed and was instantly showed all of the features that could be beneficial for me. Of course, I was then shown the next step up and laid on the pro smart base. Amy played some thunderstorm sounds and the bed vibrated to the sound patterns and wow. She then brought over Cecilia who has the bed we were laying on.

Both ladies were very patient and personable. They answered all of our questions and put up with our big family extremely well. We were given multiple options from them and tempurpedic went from not being a consideration for a new mattress to our final choice.

Allison was amazing. She was very kind and helpful. She brought many pillows for me to try and checked whether my body was in the right alignment. She helped me choose the best pillow. I really appreciated the time she spent. It was a very nice experience and will go there again in the future.

I was in the market for a new mattress and just walked in to try how the different levels felt. Allison was the associate there at the time and she was super sweet and helpful. She explained all the different options and deals. She gave some helpful tips and had a wonderful chat as well. I will definitely be considering getting a mattress through there!

Cecilia did a great job explaining how the mattress work, how they prioritize cooling and comfort, and the plethora of features built into the base. She was patient and personable. We had a great time.
Would recommend touring the show room with her even if you don't have the need just to see the latest bed technologies.

If you go to that store ask for her! You will not regret it. She will take her time and make sure that you get everything you need.

Michael was very patient and knowledgeable when I was wavering between two different mattresses for what was at least an hour; I never felt rushed or like I was taking up too much of his time. All of my questions were answered and I never at any time felt pressured. Cecilia was also helpful both when I came to try out the different mattresses and when I came back to purchase. All in all a great experience!!

Allison was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made getting our pillows easy. This store will be on our list when we are ready for a new mattress.

Cecilia was so great. We bought bed and mattress. She was knowledgeable and kind and got us all the right things to make our sleep perfect. I cannot recommend her and this store enough.

Michael the sales man was very informative and helpful to get my wife a pillow she desperately needs for her neck pain. He let us test a lot of pillows and gave us information on technology in the pillows. Thank you very much Michael!

This store is pristine! My store experience was excellent and the staff was delightful! Latasha Crawford was beyond knowledgeable and helpful in every area of their showroom. I was gathering my facts and she made the path clear, concise and simple. She was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend shopping in this store.
