Logan's Roadhouse

We had the pleasure of having Alexis wait on us today. She is an excellent server, very attentive without being intrusive. The food was scrumptious. The salad was fresh, the potato was large and our steaks were cooked to order and delicious. The rolls will melt in your mouth. They were wonderful!
This was our first visit but it certainly won’t be our last. We will definitely request to have Alexis as our server again!

Dined in on Monday for dinner. What a wonderful experience. Tionna was our server and she was fantastic. Everything from timing the food right, checking in when needed and making small talk. Very friendly! We called the manager over, Cass, who was also very pleasant and happy to receive our positive feedback. Great place to dine.

We have been coming to the Logan’s Roadhouse in Garner, NC for close to 12 years and tonight we had the most amazing service EVER!!! The wait time was only 20 minutes but seemed faster! Right away, out server brought everything to the table and took our order! Our server “Al” was exceptionally amazing! He was so prompt, kind, and had such an awesome personality; we didn’t even have to ask for anything, because he had already supplied everything we needed to the table before we could ask! It was simply amazing! The food was exceptional and everything came out hot!! The manager Casandra also came by the table and was so kind and attentive as well! 5 out of 5 Logan’s!!!

Enjoyed a great dinner with my husband here at the Garner location. With it being dinner rush through the holidays, our drinks and service were still great while waiting! The food was well worth the wait, came out perfect and our server Steve was on it! Such a great experience.. and it was really fun to see everyone dressed so festive!

My family visited for lunch today. We went to a few other places that had 45 minute waits. We called and asked the wait time for 11 people. The manager said we can have a table ready in about 15 minutes. We showed up and in about 10 minutes we were being seated. Our server Sidney was really sweet. The food was good and the service was great. We appreciate the accommodations today, we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

We love to come here because they have some of the best serving staff. Melissa S is amazing and always gives five star service every time. she really makes the roadhouse experience great.

Sandy is the greatest waitress ever! She anticipates our needs, and makes sure we have what we need. She's so very friendly, and we always request that she be our server. Sandy deserves 5 stars and more!
Dianne is a hostess who sees needs and takes care of them, especially when the restaurant is short-staffed. She isn't afraid to perform duties that aren't part of her job description.
Cassandra is a manager who makes her guests feel at home.
Overall, our dining experience at Logan's is very good!

Our server, Julie, was incredible! She had a large group to take care of alone. I don't know how she managed to take all those drink orders, then food orders, and get it all out to still happy customers in a timely manner, but she did all the while smiling and being pleasant to everyone. Thank you, Julie!

I was working real hard yesterday and could not make dinner. My boyfriend suggest Logan's Roadhouse...I and he ordered Roahhouse Deluxe Burger...He get home upset when he see the sandwich...it was not suppose to have lettuces and tomatoes and there were no BBQ sauce on it..no fries and the rolls were not cooked. The burgers were cold..he did not eat but 3 bites and threw it away..I was hungry so I ate most of it..at midnight I ran to the bathroom and threw up and sat on the toilet until 7 am...I was told you got food poisoning. That is why you are sick. This shocked me because I have always believed that Logan's has high standard and we did pay 40 dollars. Logan has solved the problem. Tonight on the 27th we ordered again because the general manager got involved. The food was excellent..warm and served the way the menu said it should be. I take it back. Today they were very good.

Just an establishment that has outstanding foods and outstanding service. The decor is fitting, especially for a name brand restaurant. Very clean facilities, to include the restrooms. I ordered the grilled pork chops and they were so tender one would think that you were biting into a ribeye steak. My wife ordered the filet mignon, which did not disappoint.

We had a large group of 30 at lunch at Logan today. Logan’s has accommodated us for many years for our get together. We do appreciate Logan’s. Like everywhere these days, they are short staffed. Julie did a great job with limited resources. Thanks again for manager Jackie’s help. We love you Logan’s!

Went in with my family on Veterans Day. Alexis "not Alexa because she doesn't know everything" gave us the best service. We were shocked to find out she had only been working there for a couple of weeks. Her knowledge of menu options was astounding. She recommended that we try the honey butter with our rolls, game changing!!! Our Steaks came out perfect and we enjoyed all of our sides as well. The suggestion to try the brewski onions on the steak just wow!!! We can't wait to go back and try more items and hopefully have Alexis take care of us again!

Very good place to eat. Sandy went beyond expectations as our waitress. She is great. Diane, the hostess, is great. Cassandra is very helpful. I give them all 5 stars.

Melissa S made our visit amazing. She was so on top of it and really went above and beyond to make our meal special. Such a pleasure to be served by her!!

we dined at Logan’s in Garner NC at White Oak last evening. There were nine of us and we were loud and needy. Steve was our server and was a rock star. very friendly and responsive! He did not get rattled! the manager came to table to check on us too! great experience and we will be back!

We had a 15 minute wait that was well worth it. The food was delicious, our male server was right on top of it. Would definitely recommend.

Went to Logan’s this evening and I must say that the service was impeccable! Our server Crystal was amazing! Definitely recommend her…if you want food served on time ..bread and drinks refills delivered without even having to ask ..she was on it…ask for her she is worth the visit! 👍🏾

The place was mostly empty. The service was fair but my steak was overcooked. I asked for rare and ended up with medium well. Sometimes the food is good and others it like it was tonight. It's a roll of the dice

I hadn't eaten at a logans in a while, I'm glad I did our server was great I wish I remembered his name. The food was great. It was an enjoyable meal all the way around.
