Just stopped in this store to fax some documents. The staff was super friendly, quickly walked me through how to use the fax on the copy machine and I was on my way in under 5 minutes. Great experience!

Great service at the copy center. Well stocked store, helpful employees, lots of parking. Plus, lots of cool weekly deals through the rewards app. Easy access off either Timber or White Oak... and just as easy to get out.

Khalilah was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! She was so patient and walked me through sending her the documents, advised on the best finish and paper to print on, all while helping me get the lowest cost possible. I actually received a lower quote to print elsewhere but returned solely because of the customer service she provided! You’re lucky to have staff members like Khalilah!

Whenever I visit Staples, I encounter knowledgeable and friendly sales people who listen and then recommend products I need, especially if I can't find them in the store. Gets things done and at a reasonable price.

It was my first time in this Staples location today. I was greeted cheerfully when I came in and service was attentive and friendly throughout the store. It's easy to choose to shop online these days, but this store was well-stocked and it's easier to see things on person than phone and the service was excellent.

The staff at this store are very friendly and accommodating. They made the purchase of a new printer quick and easy. We had some issues related to the printer software 7 months after the purchase. HP gave us a hard time about not having the paper receipt from the store in order to cover us under the warranty. The manager of this store was very friendly, quick to help and had a copy of the receipt to me in a few minutes. I will definitely shop here again for my office needs.

I visit here all the time for office supplies and never have any issues. A few times I have price matched to other stores and they've always been happy to do so. Once in a while I need something they don't have in stock or the price is better on their website but they've never had a problem placing an order for me or matching their online price. You can also find online coupons and they have always honored them at this location.

I have always been a Staples customer. Because they moved from Raleigh I have to rely on Office Max or Office Depot and they don't always have the EXACT items I'm looking for and it must be ordered. I TRAVEL to Garner and BAM (Emeril) they have the EXACT items on the SHELF. Still my favorite store, I just dislike the commute time!!
