The staff are very helpful and friendly! We had a problem with door dash delivering our balloons on the night of our graduation party, so we called the store and they did a great job helping us out with a last minute pickup. Great customer service!

Came on to get balloons filled on my daughter’s first birthday. Madison and Jackson were very kind and quick. It was a cold, rainy and windy day and Jackson saw the “1” balloon flying off and me chasing it in the lot. When o came in, ready to pay for another, Jackson said he must have tied it poorly and was already filling another one.
I was never going to blame him or ask for a freebie, but he hooked it up, without hesitation. Love the service, love the people. I am very grateful for moments like this.

Jada was great in assisting my party with everything we needed. Store was very organized and all associates were friendly and welcoming.

Tulle, the manager in charge of the store was extremely patient with me at Halloween time, I bought a Wonder Woman costume and it was missing accessories, I went there and she changed it for me, the size was too big, she changed it for me, and I got a smaller size that was too tight, and yet, with all the patience in the world, she changed it for me! For more people like this with empathy, and understanding what is right for the customer. Thank you for making these exchanges for me. In the end, I got a costume for my daughter that was a size bigger for her to wear next year at Halloween, and I left there very satisfied with the service of the manager leader!

Wow! What an amazing store! Good vibes and lots of nice kids birthday items to choose from. Very impressed by the selection.

So many things to look at here that you can't get anywhere else!! The themes are endless! They had products to add to your parties that I had never even seen before. Staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely worth the ride to Garner.

Used the online order, and in store pick up for the first time to order a last minute Unicorn Piñata. They had several great "available in store" options that came as kits with everything I needed included.
My order was ready when I arrived and an associate helped me right away while I waited at the Pick Up Counter - Birthday Party Snafu Averted!

Had balloons delivered. It’s included in the cost of inflating them. Some of my latex balloons popped during inflation and they called to let me know and offered to replace them free of charge, which I certainly didn’t expect. These weren’t even balloons I bought there. I was very happy with the service I received.

I placed an online order which was directing me to pick part of my order while the rest would be delivered. Ashley called me from the Garner store and directed me on how to get my whole order delivered! I'm so grateful that she called me and saved me time and gas.

Jackson and Jayden were SO kind and helpful!! We had so many small letter balloons that we were inflating for a bachelorette party—not only did they help us inflate them all, but they also helped us string the letter balloons on to spell the words AND Jackson even helped us carry the balloons to our car 😭 They were truly a godsend and made our experience so positive! Thank y’all for your kindness and excellent customer service !❤

Jaylen was great! He helped me find a special balloon for my son’s party that was supposedly out of stock. He also made sure I was aware of the free delivery that I qualified for which took one thing off my party to-so list! Balloons were delivered as promised and on time!!

First of all, I’ve never met a Party City that I didn’t like! that being said, this Garner Party City at White Oak is hands down the best, friendliest, most efficient and knowledgeable staff i’ve ever come across. These girls not only have a very positive vibe but they want to make sure every last customer is squared away and has what they need.

I brought my 11 month old baby in her stroller and one of the workers, Esther, was diligently working to put helium in our balloons she noticed my baby girl and went out of her way to give her a mini blue balloon on a stick. Needless to say this made both me and my husbands day and my baby was soooo happy!
This was truly the sweetest gesture and talk about creating a positive experience for the customer.

The managers there are AMAZING. Under short notice and for what I needed they were able to accommodate and take care of my celebration needs! Life savers. I will be a life long shopper at this location for my party essentials!
