Love it great prices friendly cashier's.....now they do have a lot of not so secret shoppers makes getting down the isles a bit troublesome ....they should hire me I could save them some money and teach them a few things

PRICES & CHOICES OF ITEMS WERE GREAT IN BUT SERVICE IS VERY SLOW. CHECKOUT TOOK FOREVER. THEY NEED TO INVEST IN A COUPLE IF HANDICAP CARTS.

I love to browse, find all kinds of neat shirts and stuff, got me an calender for under ten bucks, and it has the calendar in 2 styles reg calender, and in the back you can write the day out, its totally cool, I actually found one I love and could afford, Thanks Burlington!

This Burlington is huge, and they have the best home goods. just try to avoid the weekend, long lines

It's a good store when you know you'll find your sizes right away but the only thing bad about this place is the alarms and Thieves

Great gifts to buy. Great selection. One problem. Mens underwear was with the women's. Very dissapointed. Don't know how this mistake was made.

You can definitely find some awesome deals @ this store from name brand handbags, clothing, shoes, and home decor. Customer Service wasn't all that great this go around but I always remind myself that they are human just as I am & everyone has bad days @ times. However a simple smile or a simple How's your day going goes a long way......

Gore was very helpful. He called the Burlington NC location, to find a certain item because the system was down. Although we couldn't find the item, I was still pleased with the service. Still searching for matching soap dish and toothbrush holder.

This store is clean. Needs more employees and more merchandise.

Burlington is my fav! The employees are deffinitly underpaid and over worked stood in a line for 1.5 hours for a few items but it was worth it.

I didn't find a coat... but I wasn't looking for one either. Even if I had been I was distracted by the endless sea of racks, packed with adorable jeans, tops, shorts, bags, clutches, makeup, shades, hats, perfume and footwear. Lots of footwear. Like rows of pumps, flats, sandals, heels and all kinds of sneaks! So who cares if I never saw a coat. I found everything i wanted and so much more!! And on my way up to the cashiers guess what caught my eye.... An adorable throwback Fila windbreaker!!

I know everywhere has staffing issues and they're working hard to keep up.

I like it here. Just be sure to plan to wait in line for about 15 min or more when your ready to checkout. I still like it though 🤷‍♀
