Buying tickets online is probably the easiest thing to do. They were not terribly busy during the day which was a plus. Even though they did not have certain things on the menu the concession attendants were very helpful in completing orders. They have games for the kids or adults if you come early or stay a little later. They do not have chairs that recline which made things a little uncomfortable but still a great experience.

Nice theater. Very large and accommodating. Clean and well staffed. They even offer a monthly enrollment club.

Very great customer service. Others looked confused and new. But a guy named Ethan was patient and kind. I was very unsure of what I wanted as it was a last minute thing. Someone approached to ask was something wrong but he said no I got this. He saw I was getting flustered, he didn't rush me and remained friendly, his approach made me feel better about my overall experience. Thank you so much Ethan!!

Great place to eat, shop, and watch movies and have fun. My family and I enjoyed the remake of the Color Purple

Loved the theater and how at home I felt. I've never been to a movie theater that made me feel like a person rather than just a ticket sale. The top row in the one I was in was the largest row to stretch your legs if you need. Would definitely recommend for a date night

Great theater. Clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are clean. Great movies. Only complaint is, when did they start showing so many commercials before the movie starts? I admit it's be a couple of years since my last movie but geez. Why can't they just show the previews of coming movies? Or playing now? I for one do not enjoy commercials.

Went here to see Spiderman and Ninja Turtles with my nephew (two visits), we both loved them! Good theater with easy online ticket buying and tasty popcorn and candy.

I have a membership at Alamo Drafthouse, so going to this theater was a bit of a step back. There are so many seats, so close together, and expensive in comparison. With that said, I have little to complain about. Great location, the theater was nice and clean.

I went on a Tuesday, so as a rewards member, the giant popcorn was $5.00 off. Checking it out as an option to go with my great grandson. My only problem, and it was my fault entirely, was that I could not see well enough to feel comfortable in the dark getting to my reserved seat. Dealing with low vision issues, and I dumped a part of that large popcorn on the guests in front of me, getting to my seat. They took it well, and the couple beside me was kind enough to hold my soda, as I entered my row. They must have seen what was coming 😆. I will take a flashlight next time, and get there more than 14 minutes before showtime.

They wouldn’t refill the popcorn and threw it all away They didn’t have drinks but at least they let us get McDonald’s drinks and the Restroom was trashed and didn’t have any locks!!!! But overall they were really respectful and all though this review would be a 1 star but for their staff they deserve a 5 star

Awesome the only thing that sucked was I couldn't stay focused on my movie because the beyoncé movie was so loud that it was shaking the whole theater because it was so damn loud but other than that great

The entire White Oak 1 has a single theater because it is an adapted live stage theatre! A very cool movie experience, especially to see a fandom movie. Word of warning, you’re watching a movie with a few hundred people. If that’s not your thing, you may want to check out other places, but I think this adds to this theater’s charm!

If you want drinks or snacks get there early because everyone arrives in the same 30 minute window (only one screen). Same thing with restrooms, though I didn’t have a long wait. The theater is smack dab in a restaurant walking area-and the DC metro-so it was very easy to walk from our restaurant to get to the movie.

Great selection here. Definitely would recommend the time to stop by and explore the many options.

Nice theater friendly staff

We had a great experience at this particular location. The popcorn was freshly cooked and thoroughly buttered, the staff was diligent and very helpful. They made sure the orders were correct even when pressed by customers to cut corners. The theater viewing areas were immaculate, too.

I like that. I like it a lot.

We'll be back the next time we want to watch a movie in the Garner area. Get your tickets early if you want to attend a show, though! They go, quickly!

Awesome. Place for the whole family, great concessions, great shows and also arcades games for the kids very clean and neat great ambience polite and courteous people we recommend it.

I went to see the new Mario movie with a friend. We had a great time! Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the concessions stand served us quickly and efficiently. The building was very clean.
