I was there with my GF. They were super friendly. Very helpful. Her phone was going out. They hooked her up with the phone she asked for. Did a complete setup for her. Highly recommend this store. Elmi (hope I spelled his name right). Was the employee who helped us.

I had a great experience here. We were greeted right away. Our sales associate Lisa was very helpful, patient and not pushy. She answered all my questions. She even helped me put the screen protector and case on my phone for me. I'm very happy with the service I received and love my new Pixel 3 XL, palm, charger and case!

Been a Verizon customer for over ten years and this is my “to go” store. Their experience staff is always able to answer any questions, resolved any issues and provide me with excellent customer service. Clean, professionally managed and stay pretty stocks with accessories and their newest devices. Love My Verizon Team at The Quarry!

The workers at the store were very helpful, quick and knowledgeable.

I ordered my phone online and within less than 2 minutes I had my phone. They also personalized the bag with a special message. Thank you, like every store it can't be busy but the staff was very nice and friendly while I was setting up my phone. They stopped and asked me multiple times if I was okay and if I needed any help. When I did have any questions there were there to assist me. I also noticed that they were very attentive to older customers that might not know about phones or how to set them up or transfer their information. It was refreshing to see the younger generation look after the older generation. I would definitely recommend the store and would go back again.

Had trouble with our IPhone. Thought for sure we were having to buy a new one. We’re met at door by sales Anthony. Within 30 seconds our phone was fixed. Great service . Keep up the great work.

I hope the area supervisor sees this. Kemo and Travis helped me yesterday. Positive, kind, and looked and listened to my issue. I was online with an agent for 1 1/2 hrs. He told me I had to go to the retail store, any of them. The Store on Broadway unlocked the door, told me they couldn’t help me without trying, locked up behind me. They did say they hoped I had a good day. I said your company has my iPods or money and no one online or in store can help me? Nothing. I asked any suggestions about how to get help? Try corporate retail store. Kemo and Travis, thanks for not sending me on a wild goose chase or shutting me down.

Charles got me set up with a new Galaxy S22 Ultra today. I traded in my S10+ and got a very good promotional credit towards the new phone. Charles is very knowledgeable about the Verizon products and is super easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Came in to enquirer about adding some new devices (2 apple watches) and were taken care of by Wendy. She is by far the kindest, welcoming and by far the most professional associate I have ever met. We already love the services Verizon offers; but Wendy has insured that we will definitely be returning to this location for future needs.

Excellent first impression! Ordered new service online for in-store pick-up. Received an email stating that my order was ready. Headed to the store during my lunch hour on Friday and was immediately greeted and checked in by Ivan. About 10 minutes later, my new iPhone was brought out to me. I was asked if I needed help with setup /activation before I left; I kindly declined help as I'm an IT professional and this just comes naturally. However, I did see employees assisting other customers with their devices, etc. Also, Verizon coverage is AMAZING and hasn't let me down at the big "T" constantly did.

Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store had the phone I wanted in stock, as well as all the products I needed to go with it. Carlos was able to offer a new plan that was a better plan at a better price. He had a great deal of patience and was very knowledgeable in every aspect of his position. When we left the store, my daughter commented that "he's the kind of person you wish you could tip". True.

I have always had good service going to this location. I went in last time to see about some suspicious notifications on my phone. The gentleman downloaded some app that I get free with my insurance program and it immediately stopped those notifications.

This past Sunday I went into the store a little less than an hour before they were due to close. I was so lucky to get Lisa who helped me. She was so good about explaining the differences between upgrading the phone versus paying for it outright. She was very patient and very sweet. She helped me select the right phone, the right plan, the right accessories and she even stayed an hour after they had closed. My business plan with Verizon was a little harder to set up and she patiently did it with a smile. She didn't try to rush me out of the store. I had a great experience and I am loving my new iPhone X. I highly recommend going there and asking for Lisa. I also highly recommend getting an iPhone X. I have been to this store before when I got my iPhone 7 and the experience wasn't bad at all. But Lisa knows customer service and she knows her products. She is amazing!

Don't recall name of young man who greeted me at the door this morning but he was extremely patient and helpful transferring my items from my old phone to the new one that I was picking up. As an elderly person these things can be confusing and he was very nice and helpful. I do remember he is from Alaska.

This was my first experience with Verizon and so far it has been outstanding. There was a bit of a wait but once I was waited on the service was very personable. There was trouble with my previous provider and Bernie was very professional and stuck with me on the 3 days it took to get the correct info so the transfer could be complete. Bernie called/sent text messages to help me test the transition from one provider to the next at various times over those 3 days. Very helpful!

Steve at Verizon Quarry is terrific. On point, short and sweet service, gave me exactly what I asked for and kept us there minimum time. Greeted immediately upon entering, helped within minutes, and each of our 3 visits we received helpful and professional interaction. In the past I had poor service with other telecom companies but thus far Steve at Verizon Quarry has topped the charts. Highly recommend.

I always choose to go to the corporate store when possible and everyone I do I never regret it. Doug was the rep who helped me and my family...best example of best customer service I have seen in a very long time. patient with all the questions we had. took all the time in the world that was needed ...i will try to find him everytime I go
