The store manager here is amazing, she is super knowledgeable and just gives the best retail customer experience ever. We will only buy our RX Oakleys from this store. If they are not 100% right she will make it right

I've been meaning to get some replacement lenses for my glasses for quite some time and happened to be passing by this store on a vacation to San Antonio. Felicia and Garin were nothing but helpful. Felicia showed me this new touch screen they had that pulled up all the possibilities for the glasses and the replacements. It can get a little confusing with the wordings but now finally I know which ones will fit my frames ! I even got a teacher discount from them which I thought was cool. Great store, well stocked, clean and great employees. Highly recommend!

It is such a great place to purchase quality sunglasses. I went here to buy some replacement lenses for one pair of Oakleys, but I ended up buying two pairs of Oakleys ! The store was clean, and the staff seemed to have knowledge of what they had in stock, and they were friendly as well. I would definitely recommend the Oakley Vault if you're looking for some new shades. They had exactly what I was looking for. I will always wear Oakley sunglasses 😎

Great experience! We were greeted upon entering the store, and the sales staff was engaging. Lots of sales going on so we were able to find some great bargai s. At checkout, my husband was given a Veterans discount on our purchase. We will definitely be back.

Great staff, they were welcoming, accommodating and displayed great attitudes even though the transaction extended past closing.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses on Saturday. Realized that one of them wasn't for me and had to take them back. Lexie helped me build a pair from the ground up and I couldn't be happier with them. Ethan helped me out finding lenses and had great insight into types of lenses that would be best for my lifestyle and Marian helped me out at the register getting me a discount I didn't know I was eligible for as a medical professional. Outstanding crew and great customer service.

Very happy and impressed with Micah who took his time to help me build a new pair of sunglasses on Father's Day. Helped refurbish and bring new life to an old pair and then helped me find an additional pair for that change up and having multiple selections. I have always bought and built them for my boys, now it was my time and he helped me thru it, didn't make me feel rushed or like he was ready to move on, he stuck with me and handled 3 pairs of glasses for me all at one time. Thank you, he is a 5 star employee and made me feel like a 5 star customer today. Very unusual in this odd time we are in right now, so excellent to see that come back to life today, Excellent employee you have, take care of him.
