Joseph helped us when we were having trouble with an error code for our nephew's new PC. We thought it would be fun to build his first gaming PC with him, and I had built my own years and years ago, but the CPU error on the motherboard was throwing us through a loop.

I have been using these guys for years. When I needed a new desktop because my other one failed they got me a new one and flawlessly transferred my data. When my printer went on the fritz they brought me a new printer and installed it in less than 24 hours. I just bought a new laptop they advise me on what to purchase and are mirroring my data set up from my desktop. You could not have a more trusted competent group to handle all you technology needs. Called at 11:00am and I had my computer back and running by 1:00! Very professional and personable. The customer service was outstanding, I ran into an issue building my computer and the technicians explained and showed me where I went wrong. I would easily trust this business for any of my repairs moving forward.

During the four days of ice storm power fluctuations in Feb 2021, disaster struck my Desktop PC which would no longer power on. My last backup was October. Ugh. I thought I had lost everything. I took the entire machine into Tom and Darren for a consult requesting to prioritize getting the data recovered in a format I could load onto another (new) desktop PC. Within a few hours, Darren informed me that he could not save the 8-yr old PC (yes, 8 years old) but he can recover all the data to an external USB drive at a very reasonable price ... and that he would run the backup over night so I could pickup full recovery next morning. All worked out and I was running again by that following afternoon. And backing up often. The price was exactly what they estimated. These guys saved my butt!!
