Tom Thumb

Very clean facility, great location, they have few more over the metro but don't have kosher in them. I travel from OKC every 2-3 months to shop here Their Israeli kosher selection is good, just hope they had little more ,to save me a trip to the other stores . Everyone is kind and friendly. They have a big selection of kosher meat and chicken . I wish they could bring more stuff like the pictures I uploaded. Thank you

One of my favorite stores to go to...when I have the money, of course. Tom Thumb has long been a higher priced, "regular" grocery store but most know this by now. The majority of the time, the cleanliness, the wide selection of products, and the excellent service warrants the price tag. Although I have a few that I can call my real friends working there, most of the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Their selection of meats is some of the best in the city as the butcher staff is highly competent, and you'll be able to find almost every cut of meat there. If you're looking for quality, this store should be near the top of your list.

This Tom Thumb is my favorite grocery store south of 635 to downtown and I've been to them all. It's never too crowded, always stocked, clean and well staffed with customer service oriented people. They carry a good selection of products, pet food, wine and produce. I always find what I'm looking for at this location. There are about 10 other grocery stores closer to me than this one but I go out of my way to shop here. That's how much I like it.

In Dallas visiting friends and needed to grab some groceries. This store is clean and has a very large selection of items. This store also has a Kosher offering. Very good offerings, prices were a tick higher than my hometown but selection made up for it. Overall a good experience

Update 2023 this Tom Thumb still WOWWWWW’s me
So I ordered Drive Up & Go and when I received my order they had sent my notification telling me my order was ready they had substituted my Catfish for some fish that was $15 more of course I wasn’t happy!
So I called and got Isidro and he explained to me he would take care of it. It’s people like him that makes the world a better place and go above and beyond to see to it customer service is handled properly and how it should be!

Extremely clean, well organized, and friendly service is what comes to mind when I think of this Tom Thumb. During my visit, I was able to witness the staff's service in action. An elderly man dropped a bottle and before I could help, 2 employees rushed to the rescue. Great job and great service!

First time in the store. There is a beautiful flower section where a variety of flowers are available. As much as I wanted to tour the store, I was unable to due to time constraint. I located my Items and was able to check out very quickly.

This truly is the best grocery store around. The service is excellent and the prices fair, but what sets it apart from every grocery store around is one simple thing: it's a kosher supermarket. For that reason no matter the holiday, this store stays open. Christmas Eve it's open, Easter it's open, Jewish holidays it's open. Nothing beats being able to go there anytime of the year and being able to walk out with exactly what you needed.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience at this location. Very kind woman working and managing the self checkout kiosks. She was very courteous and helpful. Not only too me but the customer next to me. Store is clean, everything front and faced. Store has no odor. Great store. I'll find out the name of the this store clerk. She deserves a praise. I was there between 10:15 and 11:45am. August 22nd.

Always a pleasant experience whether I'm ordering online or I'm going into the store which I'd rather do customers are treated exceptionally well very friendly staff from the front to the back always eager to help if they see that you're looking for something a lot of the times they would just ask you if they can help you I love the energy in this store quick efficient stocked... well it's fabulous...10 stars

Huge kosher bakery- large kosher wine selection... Large kosher butcher and kosher take out section including fresh sushi. All in addition to a great supermarket for all your needs!

Great deli with hot and cold foods ready to eat at their outdoor seating. The best thing about this location is they offer poke freshly made as well as ramen. Both are delicious

The staff is fantastic. More helpful and personable than Whole Foods across the street.

Just stopped at this location to grab something to eat from the Deil and proud to say I got A1 service from William, if your in this area stop by he will take good care of you! Fresh food fast and friendly service! Great job William!

I live near a different tomb thumb, but I go out of my way to come to this one because they have my favorite cashier: Sakina. She is always kind to the people she interacts with, she takes care with my groceries where I have seen other people or stores just jam items in. She takes the time to inquire about your day and is always positive. About a few months ago I was having a bad day and the minute or two with her actually made a difference, which is why I always go to her store, and her lane, no matter how long the lines are, or how long the drive.

wow, this is a Tom thumb in the same vein as what Jack Evans Jr wanted. The store is absolutely incredible the selection is terrific with high quality in every aisle. This store was absolutely a treat to go into.
