I had such an amazing experience! Drew (the employee who made my sandwiches) was the absolute best! I am very particular with the way I have my sandwiches made and she did it in a perfect speed and never once showed that she could be annoyed or bothered by the way I like my sandwiches! I left a good word with the manager as well. I ❤🫶love coming to this Subway when she is working! Quick, fast, and correct is what I get! You couldn't ask for more than that.

I absolutely love coming to this place! The atmosphere is so inviting and the staff are always so friendly. The food is always delicious and I always leave with a full stomach and a smile on my face! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and a great time.

Walked in to a SPOTLESS store and Caleb immediately greeted and advised he would be right with us. He gave us knowledge on the app and told us what good and new sandwiches we’re available. We will definitely be coming to this location again l.

I love this place. Every time I order they seem to give me the wrong order( IN MY FAVOR). Just today i ordered a supreme something foot long and received a meatball sub with extra meatballs. I guess i am just a lucky guy! Oh, and thank you Russ, my Door dash guy for bringing my food ASAP!!!

Always fresh food . I ordered online and picked up to go. The store is only 1/2 mile away so by the time I got there it was already being prepared. Really nice woman let me change my sandwich a bit. Delicious as I knew it would be. Great, helpful employees.

This particular Sub-way was cleaned and maintained in a very good way. The female worker was very nice, professional, and made my sandwich error-free. But what made her a rock-star was...she was absolutely kind about granting my request :: put a fresh (new) set of food gloves after using the register. She's the first one that I've seen accept that specific customer request & respond w/ such professionalism. She definitely possesses exceptional business entrepreneurial spirit. Because when you display that kind of service in front of line of people, they're gonna look at you differently...they look at the franchise differently...and I know as far I go...I'm definitely gonna come back here again...even if I have to drive 20 minutes. What I saw today - this SubWay has got their Sh!t together.

The worker who was there right now, was the only guy and he held that restaurant down. He was fast,friendly, courteous, and patient with the customers. Keep it up! But also, hope you can find some help before it gets busy.

The best subway they has the best subs I’m so glad that I go to this subway amazing place But there is one worker working by her self there is a big line but she can handle it like it’s noting.

I’ve been going to subways for over 20 years. This one has nice employees and who consider how to pack a sandwich to not spill over. First time I ever had an employee ask me nicely a suggestion for taste. I added oregano to sandwich and extra meat and omg it was worth it.
During pandemic these folks are still patient and nice.
I have been going to this location on Callaghan and I ten for 1 year. The two gentlemen that helped me last night were nice and made out sandwich’s perfectly

Good food,fresh products, cold table kept clean and sanitized. Equipment look well maintained. Employees following health standards I saw them washing their hands. Food was great.

Came in like 15 mins before closing, the guy was all by himself. A group of four walked in before myself and my friend and a guy by himself. The guy that came in solo made comment about guy having to work alone. I was really impressed with the guy who was working reply to the man. He never dogged employer or complained he knocked out our sandwiches and was really engaged with every one of us!! I wish I knew his name because he was FANTASTIC!! And it was his birthday!! Kudos to him and his amazing customer service! He definitely needs recognition!

My card got declined because the bank froze my card because I was in another state. They gave me my sandwich that was already prepared. I hope they see this review, I forgot to pay them back before I left town, but I'm so appreciative. I'm gonna mail in the payment. The sandwich was awesome btw.

This place is awesome! Fresh bread! Always have what I need. Staff is friendly and , obviously, love what they do. Felt very welcome. Those other reviews are out of date and demeaning. The new location is clean and smells amazing!

I'm usually here between 12-2pm the staff is always friendly. I usually order through the app and my order is always correct. It's also not that busy so assuming I didn't order I'd be the first anyway. Restaurants clean and near work.

The customer service wasn’t even bad it was normal I was greeted and asked what I would like. I got my food in less than 4 mins the food was good.

Only 1 person working but she was very calm and patient. Took her time to take and make everybody's order correct. ☺👍
