The doctors and professionals at Pavillion are the kindest and most compassionate people I have met in a veterinarian practice. They truly care about the pets they see, and listen to the owners. Whether it's routine care, emergencies, or having to make that final goodbye decision (which I did), they exceed 5 stars. Thank you, Dr. Komkov and Dr. Mullen, for the years of special pet care.

Amazing team of doctors, nurses, and admin staff. I am so grateful for this place and the care they have provided to my cat for years. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the doctors (permanent and visiting vets) and the amazing assistants - every single person I have encountered at Pavillion has been sincere and truly caring. They listen to concerns, raise important issues, educate, and provide sound advice. This is NOT a place that will get you in and out quickly and take your money. These people truly care and I can’t recommend Pavillion enough. Thank you all!

Please if you need a vet for your pet, I can not reccomend this place enougg. I don't think I can express enough how incredible this place is. They truly restored my faith in humanity. In one of the hardest times in any pet owner's life, they did everything they could to make the process easy and worry free. I'm sitting here crying my eyes out over the sympathy card they sent after i had to put my beloved cat to sleep, which was personalized with my name and my cat's name and had personalized messages from all of the staff. They truly care about their patients and their patients' owners. One of the few places left that truly only need the money to stay running to help more animals, and aren't money hungry. If you want your pet to be taken care of by people who view is as family, this is the place to go to.

Dr. Komkov and staff, thank you so much for being so compassionate and amazing. May you be rewarded for your kindness in this life and the next.

First animal clinic since moving to Texas. Genuinely the best clinic I have been to. The examination was so thorough and gentle on my Shiba and the front office is very friendly- unlike any other clinic and a great first vet experience in Texas!

We’ve had a few good vets over the years and Pavilion has been the best of them all. We are blessed to have such great care for our four-legged family member.

Pavillion is a facility that should be rated 20 stars!! My dog of 9 years became extremely sick on Wednesday 8/9. I was able to get her in to see Dr Mullen the same day. There are not words to describe the compassion, honesty and diligence that Dr. Mullen showed trying to save my baby. The compassion she showed me as well as Sadie truly cannot be put into words. Dr Mullen called that night to see how she was doing and provided her personal phone number if I needed to call her or text. What Dr does that?? A true doctor that sincerely cares about her patients.
Unfortunately, my baby passed that night in my arms and Dr Mullen met me at the office the next morning with a hug and helped me get her body out of my car and treated Sadie with so much dignity. The entire office was sympathetic and so supportive. Both Dr. Mullen and Dr Komkov are so understanding how expensive treatment can be and are always upfront about costs and try to save you money anyway they can. Dr Mullen performed every test and x-ray that I asked her to and did everything in her power to save her. This is the only Vet facility that anyone should take their precious babies to!! I will never forget the treatment I received from the entire staff and Dr. Mullen during this very difficult time. I have to give a shout out
to Sarah who was amazing with Sadie.
Again if I could give 20 stars to this facility and Dr. Mullen I would!!

Dr. Komkov and her staff here at Pavillion Animal Hospital are the most compassionate and thoughtful that I have come across. They have been managing my dog’s care so well. They do what they can to put my mind at easy and were flexible and accommodating when I had to leave my dog there for 45 days while I was out of the country. Highly recommended!!

Our sweet English shepherd was disgnosed with nasal cancer and sadly passed away 6 weeks ago.. There aren’t enough kind words to describe this veterinary practice. Everyone from the Dr’s to the staff were all so very kind. We are forever grateful for their support during this past year. Judy spivey

Fantastic clinic. My lab and I started seeing Dr. Komkov after a friend recommended her. Very professional, compassionate, explains things thoroughly.

I usually don’t give 5-star reviews but we had a great experience last week that bumped my rating up from 4 stars. My pup developed a gnarly hot spot on his face, I called and they were able to fit me in with Dr. Friend just a few hours later. Same as Dr. Komkov, very professional, kind, and thorough. Due to traffic I was 20 minutes late for that appointment and the staff were very understanding and courteous about it.

Speaking of the staff, they are all amazing. Always extremely helpful, flexible, responsive, and friendly. It’s clear they care about their jobs and the animals that come in to see them.

This is a vet-for-life type clinic, I can’t recommend them enough.

This is the most friendly veterinary animal hospital I've ever had to bring my furry pal too.
With understanding that appointment times may be delayed for the medical circumstances of other pets, we sat down to wait.
This was my first visit here.
As we waited, the receptionist got up and walked around to us. She personally explained the circumstances. Looked in the carrier and introduced herself. Just having a short personal conversation, with both of us.
A short time later, one of the medical techs came over. Personally explained the delay and talking the time to have a friendly conversation about my cat and the facility. And this is before meeting with the Dr. The time and conversation was warm and calming and helped in waiting.
Never in all my medical appointments or at a Veterinary hospital did anyone personally come over to meet, explain and talk awhile.
It made us feel welcomed as long time patients.
That personal instead of clinical expression carried into meeting the Veterinarian and her tech assistant.
No rush over time. Clear explanation and reason for necessary treatment. Absolutely spotless and clean exam room fully equipped and designed for working with animals.
Seeing and experiencing and being so warmingly treated really made us relieved over the situation with my furry pal.
This place, this staff, the Doctor made the circumstances so much better to deal with.
This is the Veterinary Hospital I will be continuing to come to.

We recently moved into Dallas along with my cat. At first I was bit nervous finding the right vet for my senior kitty, until I came across PAH. Margo was so sick, and I needed to book a last minute appointment. They were so understanding and helpful with me! Later when I came by, everyone there was super helpful and overall so sweet. I thank Dr. Komkov for everything! Thanks to her my baby is back on her feet. Highly recommend if you are new to the area and looking for a reliable vet.

Awesome staff! From my very first phone to the time we checked out, my experience was great. Even after we left, I received a couple of calls to check on my fur baby. She has been to a couple vets over the last 4 years, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had.

Not only does Pavilion take excellent care of our 3 dogs, they helped us find an amazing home for a stray we found. We searched for the owner and then had to search for a savior. We are so grateful for the love and support! SKITTLES 😆 has found a great home.

This is hands down the best vet I’ve ever taken pets to in my life. All the people who work here genuinely care about the animals. I’m so grateful to have found them.

We take our cats here and they are amazing with them. If I ever have a question or anything they take it seriously and get back to me super quick. I feel like they are invested in our animals here and that means so much when finding a vet. Unfortunately we lost our youngest and they sent us a card signed by the whole staff. I cannot recommend them any higher!

It's really not easy to deliver reliable and authentic, quality service through a phone call, but the people at Pavillion did just that. I called in to ask about scheduling because of my puppy's loose and bloody tooth issue. The front desk staff was very responsive and addressed the situation very politely and with detail. I was eventually able to speak with the doctor who allowed me to send some pictures to her so that she may briefly assess my puppy's condition and give advice.

Dr. Komkov's response to my email and to my worrying was generous, honest, and reassuring. She promptly responded, letting me know that I didn't need to worry and that an in-office visit wasn't necessary. I was very relieved and was able to enjoy the rest of my afternoon, instead of being rushed to take my dog to the hospital.

I'm confident that I will want to bring my dog in to Pavillion in the future when I have the chance. I'm looking forward to experiencing Dr. Komkov and the staffs' superb caring and service in person. Thanks again!
