Lavonland RV Resort

Lavonland is amazing! Quite, nice area, easy to get to, and very relaxing. Chris the owner/manager is fantastic. Really cares about everyone in his RV Resort. 10/10 highly recommended. Hidden gem.

We spent 2 great nights at this RV Resort. We enjoyed beautiful sunset by the lake which is only a minute away from campground. Owner Chris was a great host and even helped us with RV hook up. Thank you for your hospitality Chris.

I've been here for over a year now and I couldn't ask for a better place to live. I've traveled all over the states and this is by far on my top list of places to stay. Owner is very nice and does his best to know his tenants and keep the park looking good. I highly recommend staying here.

Lavonland is a quaint park with great personality. Great Lake access with plenty of peace and quiet provides a tranquil option close enough to nearby locations but far enough out to experience life outside the hustle and bustle of the metroplex. Management is very friendly and responsive and always wearing a smile! I’d recommend Lavonland for sure!!

Great spot with a short walk to the lake. Power, water and dump at the site. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again

Great place to kick back, visit with friends and take in some of the sites of Texas. The campground has leveled gravel sites some with private fences and sheds. The owner Chris is very friendly and accommodating. He helped us back into our site. Our 40 ft DP did great on the narrow roads keading into the park. We will be back for sure.

Lavonland RV Park is built on trust of team work of tenants and following guidelines in place for good reason. I am just about to become a member of the team and so excited about it. It’s so simple and the owner / laborer ask for members to simply follow the guidelines. How awesome is that? Come check it out!

Lavonland is a quiet, place to live with access to lake. Management is very knowledgeable and very hard working. We really have a lot of respect for the hard working management.

I was fortunate enough to stay at this NEW RV park on Lake Lavon. It was absolutely gorgeous and only 200 yards to the lake shore. Accessible by a cut out walking trail. My dog (Milo) and I loved it. The weather was warm enough for us to take the paddle board out and enjoy the lake for all its stillness and beauty. The owner/builder invited us to enjoy a bonfire one evening. He discussed the finishing touches to his property and gave me recommendations for where I was heading next. It's great to speak with someone who knows the area. His place is unique, quiet, and relaxing. I would highly recommend stopping and staying as long as you'd like. After all he takes long term rentals. I'll definitely be back.

Chris is a gracious host. The property is quiet, spaces are reasonable, well maintained and just the right size. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Chris the owner operator of lavonland is truly a awesome guy.why because All of this RV stuff is New to me I was having a hard time backing in.i asked him if he would help me out no problem he did for me.probably would have took me All day he also assisted me with the setup.lavonland is a very quiet peaceful place.we love it here.thanks.chris

Where to start...
I would love to keep this place a secret but when you find a gem it hard not to tell someone.
Being full time for the last five years & (2 - 1/2) laps around the country ...we love it here.
And the management is one of the best we have encountered.
Lavon Lake is 1000 yards from our door.
Lots of fishing and swimming to be done.

Is quite and not a through street so there is no one just rushing by while your out for a walk with the dogs or just stretching your legs.
Unlike other places that are just parking lots this has charm, trees and lots of well kept open areas with trees.

The parking is great!!
It can be a premium at other places but here we can park two trucks and a small SUV in our spot... Like most spots here. ❤

The residents here are very nice and always has a smile and a wave.

Wylie ....Rockwall... And some other little towns are close by so there is a ton of shopping / restaurants and things to do just a few minutes away.
But your still close enough to Dallas (30) miles to grab a quick flight or a game / event.
Yes I can get my important online delivery here and I don't worry about them outside if I'm not home.
If I'm running late a quick text to the manager and they secure my package until I return.

Management has gone above and beyond for all my requests and inquiries, with a smile.

Chris is an awesome host! Super available and very friendly. He was a HUGE help getting all 44’ feet of us in a spot. It’s a pull through too so we can head out easily enough. It’s definitely a place to look at if you are looking for a long term spot but happy he was able to help us with a short stay!

Cool guy, hard working, nice place, fair priced. Small rv rv community not a parking lot with hook ups. Lots of time and work put into this park.

Very comfortable setting, quiet and peaceful. The owner is very accommodating but at the same time he enforces the rules. He wants Lavonland RV Resort to be the best in the area. And what I have seen, he is well on his way. I plan to stay for a while.

Clean and quiet RV park. Chris was extremely polite and hospitable. All new services and great sizes spaces for our unit.
We would not hesitate to stay there again!

This rv park has been a dream to live in. Property manager and owner, Chris, is hard working to keep the park nice and maintained to the highest degree. The park is clean and quiet for residents!

Chris was a great host and very available for questions. First big trip with my 41’ fifth wheel and really had no clue where to stay. He’s working hard to have a great place to camp.

Chris is a GREAT GUY who is constantly working on his community and easy to get along with and eager to help you out with your needs in the little family like atmosphere.Quiet location with access to the lake and we love it here and great place to live in the best RV PARK in Nevada, Texas 🤗🦅.

Nice and quiet, close to the lake and well kept. Owner is enthusiastic and it shows in the entire facility. Will be checking for availability on future trips for sure!
