Estimate is quick and fast. I would give you a 10 for that. I am concern about the replacement cost of $399,000 for a house 18 years old. Maybe 1% deductible would be accepted compared to the 2% on the roof. Let me know the price with the 1% on the roof. Thank you

I first found John when I was looking for insurance for my salon. He worked hard for me, was patient with me, and made sure I had the absolute best rate possible. When my car insurance jumped $900 one year and my regular agent didn't have time to shop it for me, I turned to John. Again, he worked hard and quickly. I never feel like a bother or "just another client." I feel like I have my own personal insurance agent on speed dial!

This year I opted to requote all my policies as my Farmer's auto and home policies increased markedly in the last two years, much more than I thought was reasonable based on home value increases. I called HD Insurance, which I found on the web and had good reviews, another agency, and several insurance companies. John got back to me quickly with some preliminary quotes based on the information I provided him, which were much lower than the insurance companies' quotes. The other agency took too long to respond, so I moved on without awaiting their response. I met John after reviewing the quotes and discussing a few options where I opted for changes in my homeowner's policy. He advised me about canceling my Farmer's insurance and how payments would be processed. Working with an agency allows me to review annual costs without calling individual companies.
