Not only did she provide valuable insight on our immediate neighborhood and our particularly challenging property for sale, she is well versed on residential property all over Collin and Dallas counties (possibly Tarrant, too, but we weren't searching there for our relocation). She pivoted with us when we decided to push for speed of sale over maximizing profit 10 days into our listing, and we were under contract at our target price within a very short time frame. Then she turned around and negotiated a reasonable and competitive purchase contract for our new home within 72 hours after our buyers went hard on their money. Also, she is nice and so funny and smart. Add those qualities to a generous level of responsiveness, and you just can't ask for a better agent.
